close enough to walk to airport if you wanted to waited no more than 5mins going to airport and coming back to car park

their was no sign to say where the park and ride was so we missed it and had to go to the long term car park , the signage is visable only on the way out of the airport

The drop-off point is the closest of all the companies to the airport entrance. Park and fly seem to be part of the airport organisation.

Within walking distance from airport. We live just a 20 min drive from the airport but find it cheaper to use this car park than getting a taxi to and from the airport.

Very close to the airport and prompt transfers between the car park and the airport. I would always use Park & Fly when I fly from Newcastle.

The location is so convenient & the service very efficient, no waiting around.

The convenience of being dropped off and picked up from the terminal access road is a serious plus. The short transfer journey with frequent vehicles cannot be beaten The friendly, helpful staff are without equal

This is the second time I've used this service just this year and found the service excellent both times, the staff are are helpful and we only had to wait for the shuttle bus a couple of minutes. Great all round service and we shall be using them again.

The staff were very efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. Drop off and pick up went without a hitch and it was a door-to-door delivery. Excellent service.

At the begginig i was so confudes about the location but as soon i found it, i was very sorprise about the facilities, transport to the airport, etc. When i came home, my car was ready for me, near to the entrance, so it was easy to me and my two children, I strongly recommended this car park!! and i will use it in future.Thank you!!

really good service very close to airport so decided just to walk over will be using them again in the very near future.

Price ok when compared with others at or near Newcastle but all are expensive when compared with Bristol

Not the first time we have used Park and Fly and certainly not the last, excellent service, punctual, friendly, secure and no hassle or lengthy form completing etc. Highly recommended.

Transfers were extremely efficient and quick. On our return the transfer bus was waiting for us, as was our car key and car. Would definately use again.

I would be happy to use this car park again and would highly recommend. It is close to the airport and we had no problems finding it.

I was annoyed at being charged an extra £5 for being 20 minutes into the next day and then having to wait 20 minutes for the minibus to pick us up. However, the driver was apologetic and helpful.

I have used this company for my last 3 holidays and it is the easiest and quickest. Just behind the Premier Inn at Newcastle Airport, it is only 2 mins if that, to the terminal building. A coach is always waiting, and even though its a big clean coach and only 3 of us on it, he took us straight to the terminal. Friendly staff, efficient check in. Recommended A+

on the 11th of june at 01.00am i pulled into park and fly i went to reception were i was greeted by a cheerful young lady i gave her my booking ref and my car keys thank you she said 2 minutes later she gave me a ticket your taxi is outside see you in 2 weeks. the taxi was lovely and warm and dropped us outside the main terminal i will pick you up here in 2 weeks which he did the car was ready and waiting even though our flight was delayed 3 hours i will certainly use park and ride again 10/10

spot on. at airport door within 10 mins of arriving at car park. bus waiting at stop when we came out of "arrivals",car ready, on our way within minutes.
