Best airport parking I have used. It's hassle free, efficient and makes a whole load of difference when flying out or returning from holiday.

quick and efficient turnaround serivce. great to be picked up virtually outside the airport with bus ready and waitng for you. friendly and welcoming service

Excellent Service, checked in smoothly and dropped off at main terminal within 5 minutes. Particularly pleased on return when arrived back to torrential rain and found a shuttle bus waiting and my car parked adjacent to drop off point for collection.

Staff were friendly. I collected my car at around 5.00am although I missed the transfer by about 1 min which sums my usual luck up I only had to wait about 5-10 mins. Therefore all things considered would recommend to others.

I was very impressed with the service we received from Park and Fly at Newcastle Airport. All members of staff were polite and helpful in a very caring manner. I would recommmend unreservedly the use of this facility to any other travellers and would not hesitate myself to entrust my vehicle to their safekeping while away on holiday.

can not criticise or complain about anything to do with this car park. everything flowed from arriving to and returning from holiday.

The staff were friendly and efficient, the transfer to the airport is short and drop off is right outside the terminal. All in all this is the best parking at Newcastle Airport and booking through gosimply also makes it the best value for money

Car Park is near the airport so no lengthy transits. I would use Park & Fly again.

I have used Park and Fly three times now and I will never use anyone else. As usual the service was first class. I have used other facilities in the past but they do not match Park and Fly.

We arrived, were checked in, helped with luggage onto mini coach by hardworking helpful staff even at 6 am on a Sunday morning - taken to terminal again assistance off loading luggage advised regarding the pick up point on our return, on return again hard working helpful lady driving your mini coach, she loaded heavy luggage and had a really good attitude - a can do attitude - car ready in car park, open ready to load luggage and collect keys from office- a good experience, we have used this company twice now and very happy with the experience. I think Park and Fly is a great service, easy to arrange on line, staff friendly when you arrive at their carpark and no waiting on transfer to airport and there to collect you on your return.

At time of booking was one of the best priced, is conveniently placed, service was fast and efficient.

A positive experience, simply checked in my car and was immediately transferred to the airport by coach. On my return I only had to wait a couple of minutes to be picked up. Overall a very satisfactory and reasonably priced (compared to the competition) service

It is my first time to use car park near an airport. The service is very nice. After we send car there, they provide a shuttle bus to the entrance of check in. When we return, it is easy to find their bus even our flight is late by 4 hours. All are smooth without trouble.

we parked car here but were not actually flying staff were excellent and gave great advise when asked about taxi firms to get us into gateshead. would deffinately recommend this car parking to anyone have used more than once now ourselves
