Staff were friendly and helpful. We have used this service before and would have no hesitation using it again.

This car park is very safe and is close to the airport. The staff were very helpful in explaining the drop-off / pick-up location and process. I would certainly use it again and promote it to my friends. Tony

would not hesitate to use them again staff friendly and helpfull transfer ready and waiting after exiting the airport and that was after a 2 hour delay car ready and waiting after transfer can"t fault

I was surprised and delighted when I arrived to be offered a free upgrade to on airport parking as I was only away for 3 nights. I was 40 yards from the entrance and the info given as to how to use the upgrade ticket was easy to use. The best parking I have ever experienced at any airport! Thank You.

This was the first time I had used park and fly and would definately use it again. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Easy to find, minibus waiting on arrival to transfer us to airport. Our return flight was delayed by 50 minutes but the minibus turned up as we arrived at the collection point with a seamless transfer to our car. Will use again.

At the last minute we had to take a different vehicle from that stated on our booking form, we expected problems when we arrived, but there were none, it was all dealt with quickly and within minutes were on the way to the airport. Thank you for a great service.

Easy to find just outside of airport well signed posted.Staff polite and efficient,quick transfer to and from airport.Dropped off at car which was open and ready to go.Very secure site.Must remember to have ticket when you pick up car or they will not release keys which a lot of other car parks don't do.

Everything was first class, however despite clear istructions I still missed the entrance.it needs improved signposts.

Very efficient service,courtesy bus ready to take us too the airport and waiting for us on our return.My car was also ready to drive away.

The driver on the return to the car park was quite rude when he was asked "is this the park and fly bus?". His response was "well that's what is says on the side of the vehicle, in small writing mind". Everything else was perfect and we would use the service again.

There was a problem when we arrived as they do not take transit vans so they were kind enough to upgrade us at no extra cost, but it should have been explained to us as i clearly stated we had a transit van

Good service, friendly staff, near the airport so really quick transfer

On arrival the staff were waiting for us and helped us unload and reload our luggage into their minibus. We then got transferred across to the terminal. We'd actually forgotten our travel documents so after a frantic call to them they brought them from the car to us. Excellent service and helpful with the kids and luggage. Would highly recommend them to others.

Simple drop off procedure and collection would have happened automatically if flight had been on time. As we arrived 1/2 an hour early, I rang the office and pick up followed very quickly. Car was close to where minibus dropped us, and key collection quick and simple. What more could one want.

I have used this service several times and it has never failed to satisfy.I was offered a free upgrade to the short stay car park on the airport site,but still preferred the off site facility where I knew my car would be in a secure compound and where a shuttle service would collect me within minutes of my arrival and get me back to my car promptly.Will always choose this service over its competitors

The car park is very close to the airport. We were dealt with promptly on arrival and did not have to wait for the mini-bus to take us to the airport. What we liked was not having to ring the car park for a lift on our return. They had our flight number and timed the mini-bus to come for us at the appropriate time. We did not have long to wait.

because I turned up at the wrong airport - had booked your car park and Edin Airport duh! The guys were great and in best GEordie accent said : Way aye mon it's a great day just drive so drive to Cambridge I did. I've never driven beyond 100 miles ever ever so thanks to them I did! So please enter me for your prize draw and who knows it might pay for the fuel!!! Maggie Elliot

Above comments apply. Excellent location for the airport. Car was ready waiting for us to drive home. Cannot recommend high enough

All aspects from collection, storage and delivery at the end of our holiday were dealt with efficiently and without problem
