The transfers are quick and they were there immediatley on our return.This is the best we have used anywhere in the country.We had a problem with the booking being changed because of all the delays but it was dealt with speedily and they were excellent even though it wasn't there fault.Would never use anyone else.

we were delayed on return from holiday due mtom the volcano, park and fly were billiant, we did not received any additionalm costs for the extra time that our car was in there compound. staff were friendky and vey helpfull. I would definately use them again and would recommend them to our friends

We planned to travel to Paris, due to all flights been cancelled we were unable to travel out of the Country, we therefore had to cancel all the pre-booked features this included the airport parking. All the companies I have dealt with in Paris have refunded our money without any issues and have been understanding, sadly the Companies within this Country have made pathetic excuses in a vain attempt to hold onto the money, we are still waiting APH to find out if a refund will be declined. A poor reflection on their companies customer serivce which places doubts over chosing them for any future bookings.

In both instances, we were offered upgrades to the Short Term Car Park providing shorter distances to the terminal buildings.

Easy drop off, short transfer, waiting for me on my return, couldn't ask for more.

if im being picky,arrived back in the dark to find my car sitting ready for me, but where theyre parked for pick up had no lighting so couldnt see properly to check if my car had recieved any damage before i left the property.as it was my i had nothing to worry about, car was fine...other than that i found the staff polite and helpfull and wouldnt hesitate to use this company again....

Friendly service, punctual pick ups, no problems whatsoever. Could be a tad cheaper for very long stays, but reasonable for shorter stays.

Found it very easy to book, no hastle. Great for me as I am not very good on the computer! Excellent service and on time with easy and quick transfer. Very friendly staff. Car waiting right outside door when we arrived back from holiday. Would always book again instead of getting a taxi!

Made our holiday much more hassle free, easy pick up and super fast return pick up.

Excellent service. Transferred to airport within a couple of minutes on arrival to car park. Minibus waiting for us on our return would deffinately use this service again.

We arrived at park and go and within 15 minutes we were checked in, luggage loaded and at terminal.The same on coming back no waiting about, the bus picked us up as soon as we came out of the airport and took us to where our car was parked brilliant.

We had a little trouble following the directions so went round a few roundabouts trying different options. May be if mentioned on the directions that it is behind the Premier inn would have helped. We where travelling in the dark which might not have helped us. Once found all very good . Than you

We've used other local park and ride facilities but this is surely the best we've used and will continue ot use.

Used before and will use again. Simple and quick, staff helpful and pleasant.

I cannot praise the team enough-from initial drop-off to pick-up we had a first class service and value for money.

excellent service. Staff were very frinedly and helpful. Drop off right outside departures. On return the mini bus was waiting for us without us having to phone. Transfer only took a few minutes. Only slight problem was finding the entrance to the park, as it is a small road at the side of the hotel. However we phoned the office and they gave us immediate directions. I would certainly use again. Best I have used.

Walked in office first words spoken were "Hello Mr. Horton",that was before any questions were asked. Confirmed destination and return time walked out of office and bus was there waiting for us, On our return service was the same and bus took us straight to our car. No waiting for taxi or lift would definitely recommend.

Staff were very friendly and we were transferred to the airport quickly without any delay.

due to the snow we were unable to park at the designated car park we were given a ticket and allowed to park on the airport so cannot really comment on the park and fly good value and good staff

a good service all round transfers were prompt car was ready for prompt pick up on return will book again.
