I have used this facility on countless occasions and have never been disappointed. Excellent value and service. Thank you!

The staff were organised and helpful.As soon as the checks on the car for mileage and fuel were completed the minibus was there to transfer me to the terminal. On my return the bus was waiting at the bus stop and the cars were lined up ready to drive away (after spending time to de-ice the car at 3am!)Value for money, will use again. Only fault is the lack of signage on the roundabout.

I got a free upgrade to the short stay car park, which is very convenient. The only minor quibble was that on exit, the intercom didn't work (for customers who are upgraded, this meant that you had to speak to the operator on the intercom on exit to avoid paying short-stay charges as you have already prepaid for the parking), which meant that I had to call the customer service number on my ticket with my code to exit the short-stay. This took about 8 minutes to resolve.

20 minute wait at collection point. Flight was already 4 hours late so not great to have to wait longer.

like this car park as so close to the airport terminal. On our return transport was waiting for us--wouldnt use anyone else in Newcastle

Very close to the terminal, easy to find. Very quick transfers both ways. Very polite, friendly staff. Will definitely use again.

Have used this facility a few years ago However when I arrived the guys running the site upgraded me to the nearby short stay park next to the airport doors so from car to terminal took all of 2 miniutes brilliant!

Easy to find, quick service at reception. Minibus awaiting - at the airport within minutes. Minibus there on return, took us right up to car. First time used, will definitely use again and will recommend - many thanks.

We have used Park and Fly many times in the past and have always been satisfied with the service,but the most recent was the best yet. Within about five minutes of leaving the airport terminal we were in our own car and on the way home.

Flew out on boxing day from Newcastle for 6 days in the bad weather and for the price that I paid (approx £4.50 per day!!) was more than i could have asked for. Was greeted at the office by a very helpful lady. Then was advised the had been given an upgrade and parked right next to the terminal building (directions expertly given even though just round the corner!) No issues on arriving back at the car and exiting the car park. will use again!

As a regular user, it was nice to know that you can sometimes get an upgrade. I got to park in the short stay carpark so there's no need to even wait for the very short bus transfer. Great service as always.

The service had to be changed due to the weather conditions which did not really cause us any delay or problems. However the weather did cause our flight delay which meant we could not take our holiday as expected and had to retrieve our car on the same day as leaving it. IT was retrieved without any trouble with staff available to help move the car on the rather deep snowy conditions of the car park.

although weather was bad the staff helped out with information and kept us right.

The weather at Newcastle Airport was freezing (-10) and when we got to the car park,a guy came and told us that we were being placed in the short stay car park.He gave us a ticket to exit .It was all very well organised and bearing in mind the weather we were able to park right at the top of the car park,as near to the entrance of the airport as possible.

The staff are freindly well organized, We seen too,parked and transfered within five minutes, On return the coach was waiting for us ,The car was ready and we were on your way home in five minutes. I tell all my freinds to use this service

We would definately reccommend this service to anyone- the staff are always so friendly and helpful and its really good value for money

so easy to find, transported to the airport with 4 sets of golf clubs and 4sets of luggage no bother at all, on arrivel picked up at main entrance and back to the car park, again no bother at all, I will use you again next year.

Excellent service. Quick, efficient,friendly,helpful,prompt collection. Could not be improved on.

I thought the service was handled very well except for the fact that I when I arrived back at the car park I was not given any indication as to where abouts in the car park I would actually find my car!! Not the easiest of tasks in the dark!

Fast book in and check out - no problems - very quick shuttle service and friendly people. car waiting on return (ie didnt need to find car)
