the car park was easy to book online, the transfer was waiting when we departed and arrived. it only took 1 minute for transfer to get to the airport.the staff were very helpful.

We arrived at the carpark which is virtually next to the airport, and were told that we could have a free upgrade to park on the airport site itself. This meant we could park right in front of the main entry/exit doors to the airport, which was wonderful when we landed as we could walk out straight to our car & drive off. A very simple & stress free experience. Very good value.

It's quite easy to miss the exit on the roundabout at Newcastle Airport and find you have a 2/3 mile journey in order to get back and come off at the right exit!

The staff are friendly and efficient, the drop off is quick and organised as is the pick up. By far one of the best services i've ever used

The price can be a tad more than what you are willing to pay if you leave it late to book, but the service is always great and the transfers are hassle free. Top service as always.

No problems on either parking or picking up. The staff were very helpfull and explained what will happen on arrival and it did happen as they described.

Second time I have used this car park and again no problems with any part of the service. Appears to be better value than the on airport parking.

20min wait for transfer from airport to car park after three phone calls and told the were on route driver had wrong flight nos very poor service

Man on duty at 4am (Friday) not v.helpful - customer relationship lacking in courtesy, and the procedure not well explained. Coming back Fri.evg.11pm the driver of coach very helpful and cheerful . He showed us our car at once and we were away in two minutes.

Even at 04.00h on a very cold and wet morning the girl on duty was friendly helpful and cheerful On our return the same girl was just as cheerul and helpful at 1500 on a glorious sunny may afternoon I intend to use your service when next I fly form Newcastel Thanks

On arrival attended to very quickly and straight onto the bus to the departure building. On our return we had been delayed by several hours and when we arrived the bus was waiting for us plus our car was there for us to collect outside the office. It only took us minutes to get from the airport and into our car, very impressed, well done!

Although our departure from Tenerife and hence our arrival back at Newcastle was delayed we were met by punctual and welcoming staff.

We have used the facilities on many occasions and would recommend the parking to others. Run by friendly and efficient staff.

I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be taken to the airport but that is not always true on my return. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Transfer time is only a few minutes.

i parked at airport as i do not travel often i parked in wrong carpark i did not know this until staff member pointed this out i asked what shall i do she said hold on a minute she used mobile to contact other carpark and said its ok just leave it where you have parked car and we will transfer it to this carpark well done office staff

From the moment we went into the office we were made to feel very welcome and we were taken care of straight away. The drivers were very friendly and they drove with great care, very chatty and cracking the odd joke. The return journey was the same with a differant driver, he arrived on time, very helpful, wouldn`t let you lift your own case for which I was greatfull, he also drove with great care making us feel safe and he took us directly to our car so we didn`t have to go on a car hunt. Very efficient service, very good value for money, will use again and advise others where to get a great service. Well done to all.

As usual the customer service was fantastic & good value for money. Highly recommended!!!
