Friendly helpful coach drivers. Even if the coach was full you knew they'd be back within 5 minutes. It was just hassle free and value for money. Initially finding it was my only criticism as it's hidden behind a hotel and not too well sign posted -- but we'll know the next time. Thanks.

We used this service after researching in the web and it was cost effective. The site is very near the airport and transfers were great. Did not even have to telephone for pick up- friendly and chatty driver. Only slight negative were the directions we received on how to get to the site - I think a sign has been removed since they were put together that is no longer there - thank you - great start and end to our holiday

Even though the plane landed after midnight, the system was fully up and running.

Park and Fly were very well organised. We parked the car, checked in at reception and only had to wait a few minutes for our transfer to the airport. On returning we again had only a few minutes to wait for our transfer , collected the keys and were on our way home again. A very efficient operation reasonably priced. No more waiting for taxis.

Very punctual and helpful. Waited for us as our luggage was late on coming off the conveyor. Have always used park and fly and will continue to do so as your mind is at ease during your holiday.

The staff were friendly and helpful even at five o'clock in the morning!! The car park was right next to the airport which meant a quick transfer. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend it to others.

The site is close to the airport so transfer is quick. The drivers are helpful and pick up is prompt.

Prompt transfer to airport - nearer than Newcastle official car park. Very speedy transfer back to the car park at the end of the holiday by friendly driver and the car was waiting for us. Couldn't have a better service.

arrived and on coach to airport with in mins,after car having full check over,with fuel and mileage logged!! only had to wait 5 mins for coach to take us to car on our return!!

No problems at all, everything went smoothly, and I was able to relax knowing my car was parked securely.

Great Service, and was upgrade to onsite parking which saved me time on my return.

We had booked in for 3 days so we were given a free upgrade to the short stay!

Staff were very friendly even in the early hours of the morning, very helpful and punctual. Excellent value for money .....would recommend to everyone & Definately use again.

Te staff both in the office and driving the bus were friendly. The bus was available immediately on arrival and was wiating when we came out of the airport.The carpark is very close to the airport so transfer is only a few minutes.

This parking is very close to the airport which means transfer times are very short. The staff were freindly and punctual.

Everything went like clockwork even though we got there for departue at 0400hrs we had no waiting around.Comeing back we only had to wait for about 5 mins.for transport to my car. My car was parked ready for getting out of the car park with the boot open so I could put my luggage in as soon as we arrived at the parking area.

Excellent service no hassle quick transfer to the terminal, only waited 5 minutes on return car was waiting for me at the facility, no complaints whatsoever.
