I had my car valetted while I was away. It was immaculate which enhanced the excellent service even further.

The staff on arrival were helpful and friendly. The car park is almost across the road from the airport so transfer was quick.We only had to wait a short while for the transfer back to the carpark. The driver dropped us beside our car and helped to unload the luggage.

2nd time we have used park and fly and found no problems, transfers were efficient and car ready and open for collection on ou return

Good value quick transfer, staff good do with a customer service course!

On arrival was greated by a less than helpfull member of staff who after taking my details and leys didn't tell me and my family to follow him to the transfer bus, that was done by another member of staff. The transfer took but a couple of minutes and we were dropped off right outside the terminal building, we were advised as to where we would be picked up on our return and that the bus would turn up automatically . The bus turned up prompt and we were returned back to our vehicle ! Really couldn't have been easier!

We jetted off for a Christmas break and booked what seemed to be a good location and price. It was. Helpful and welcoming staff on arrival and collection, car looked after well. What more could you ask, all at a keen price.

Situated right next to the airport, so easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. transfer to the airport was immediate and on returning,they were waiting to pick us up when the plane landed. Highly recommend this company and will use everytime I fly from Newcastle.

really good until return when car keys were lost! car was open but took staff 30 minutes to find keys

My car was covered in mud, unlocked with 5.7 miles extra on the clock. The radio had been tuned in to a station I never use and was left on full volume. I will never use this park again.

Easy to book everything online. Reasonable price. Service was excellent. We got there and just took my keys in and we were transferred to the terminal immediately and when we came back there were no phone calls required, but the minibus was already waiting for us. Simple and easy, just what you need for your holiday.

staff were very friendly and made the transistion to the airport as simple and stress free as possible. They were punctual on the return flight and our car was ready to be packed for us to go home. Would definitely use again.

The woman who checked us in was the nastiest piece of work I have the misfortune to meet.She was obviously having a bad day and decided to take it out on me.I would never use this facility again even if it was free.

Prompt transfer to airport, and bus waiting outside terminal to pick us up on return.

great service. No need to phone for transfer - minibus waiting when we got out of airport and took us straight to car. From getting through customs to being one the road home took less than 5 minutes. Will definitely book again if leaving from Newcastle.
