Very convenient car parking at Newcastle airport, quicker, easier transfers than the airports own long stay car park & cheaper as well. Have used twice in he past 2 months and will again

I don't live too far from this venue only about 25 mls but because of the price I pay it is much better than inconveniencing friends or relations to pick up & drop off.

I've used Newcastle Park and Fly twice. Both times very efficient. It's only two minutes transfer in the mini bus to the airport. So if the bus isn't there its not long in coming. There was a few off the last flight wanting the transfer and two buses were waiting for us. So all were straight off to the car park. Check in and out is quick, drivers load all the luggage. When you get back, all the cars for the same flight are together and the minbus takes you to them - so little movement of cases from bus to car. As long as the price remains competitive, this is a good one to use.

Fast effecient and friendly service right on the airport door step only wish they had a loyalty scheme.

I could not fault your staff and their punctuality as we landed during the middle of the night it was lovely to be picked up by a very friendly and welcoming driver. I would recommend anyone flying from Newcastle Airport to use PARK and FLY !! RATING 10 out of 10 ..... so rare these days. Thank you! Graham Dale

Quick transfers and located on the airport doorstep, what more can you ask.

One word, SIMPLE! You cant go wrong, turn up on the day, park at reception give them your keys and you are taken directly to the airport after not waiting very long at all. We missed our flight coming back and after calling them they were there waiting for us when we eventually returned. As for previous reviews about the grumpy driver, he was friendly, talkative and polite, maybe people need to remember he makes a 6 minute round trip 100's of times a week listening to people talking about holidays - give him a break.

I have used this car parking service many times. The staff are always friendly and efficient.

The only problem experienced was that there was a number of people from the same flight had cars parked at your premises, therefore had to wait for the bus to return to pick up the extra passangers.

They just get better. A couple of years back I remember the person on the desk one night was not exactly customer friendly! That seems to be sorted out now and everyone at Park and Fly is very helpful. The transfer bus drivers are great with their usual North East good humour and they actually load up all your luggage for you - not like the official car park where you have to struggle on and off with your bags. Keep it up people, ten out of ten, thanks.

Transfers were prompt with minimal waiting time, staff were friendly and helpful. Drop off at the terminal is most convenient with quickest access to the terminal. Great value for money

Friendly, helpful and efficient service. The car park is conveniently located practically on the airport site with a short mini bus transfer. Outbound, we were on our way in minutes after a very quick check in process. The return was even better with the transfer arriving just as we got to the pick up point. Unfortunately we left a small bag on the mini bus and didn't realise we had until we arrived home. I rang up and they quickly retrieved the bag and kept it safely for us until I picked it up the next day.

staff could be a little friendlier meaning office staff not driver but otherwise good service

The coach driver to the airport was very grumpy but perhaps it was because it was 6-30am. The return driver was very helpful and we were placed beside our car.The keys were handed to us by the driver and despite almost 5 hours delay on our flight, there were no problems.

Prompt transfers with a very friendly and helpful driver. Only 2 minute transfer to the airport! Cheaper than a taxi 1 way and great peace of mind. Thank you.
