Came back from a fantastic holiday to find that my brand new car had been broken into and approximately £1500 worth of goods had been stolen, belonging to myself and my family. Not the best end to our holiday !!!! This may not be a good review, but a true and honest one !

I was a bit dubious initially about leaving the car in what looked like a scrap yard, however it was in one piece when I returned. In short, they could do with improving their appearance, and a little chat from the drivers would have been nice. However overall I was relatively pleased with the arrangement.

parking was good, close to airport very friendly staff . and the return pick up was quick and very easy. we would use this parking again.

Very friendly and efficent service, it was a hot day when i arrived back and they had the windows rolled down to stop the car getting to hot inside. i would use again. thanks

When we arrived we were later than intended. We were shouted at when we arrived at the yard. The man driving the van was aggressive and swore a lot. He drove very fast to the airport. It seemed like we were being a lot of trouble but I had paid for this service and expected a degree of politeness at least. On arriving back the driver of the van proceeded to berate and swear at a taxi driver. The air was blue, it spoilt the end of my holiday and again I felt intimidated. What visitors to this country think of us I dread to think!

The only drawback is not much time for minibuses to pick you up. Not the car parking teams fault. When get to airport in the night, tired and cold, the last thing you want to do is find a phone and stand in the cold!! First time I have used Newcastle, not sure we'll be using again.

Smelly reception, smelly well worn and not too clean transport. Concerned about how close the vehicles were parked next to each other and, I assume, parked with the keys in the car since there was no identifying label on them when we collected the car - just keys in ignition!

The set up was very cheap with a portacabin for reception which looked a bit scruffy but it wasn't me that was staying there, only the car! The transfers were excellent and the only porblem was with the chaos at the airport when waiting to be picked up but that was not Callerton's fault - Newcastle Airport want to get their act together. Would use them again if the price is right

This is a service I will not use again nor will I recommend to friends or family. When we arrived back at the airport very early in the morning with 2 very young children there was no one to pick us. I phoned the carpark and after a very confused operator realised they were suppose to pick us up they arrived, they told us to hurry up they had other people to pick up who were obiously more important then us as they completly forgot we were there.

Found airport very easy to reach and were taken straight to airport on our arrival. Great experience

great value for money, very friendly, only 2 minutes away from the airport, we would definately recommend them to anyone.

the actual car park is more like waste ground, however this doesn't detract from great sevice and no hassle.

Booking with 'gosimply' no problems, prices good as i was booking at short notice,directions to park easy to follow. Arriving at 'Callerton Car Park' attitude of staff member left a lot to be desired,i felt he was 'Grumpy' to say the least (and i am being polite) i put it down to time of day 5.45am! on return from trip (only 2 days) my daughter phoned as arranged for pick up, same attitude, turned out to be same staff member! only spoke to ask for our bags to put in mini bus,no conversation to ourselves or other passengers, when we arrived at car park, he took out bags, and then went straight to the cabin, no 'have a safe journey home'etc, which would have been friendly. At airport while waiting for pickup (which was speedy) another person asked who we were waiting for, when told, said Oh,and asked how we had found them,all i said to them was 'left a lot to be desired'. Yes i will use "gosimply" again but not "Callerton Parking".

Very easy to book, reception very helpful, dropped off & collected quickly and at least you know where your car keys are whilst your on hols!

Everything went well, and the transfers were quick, the only fault we had was we had to wait 10mins for our car to be brought when we arrived at the carpark, as they had got the days wrong, but they were good and sorted it out promptly. Thank you. would use again.

Would not use again absolute mayhem on pick up with people getting onto transfer vehicle with out cases, my cases were taken to the depot we followed no organisation what so ever.

All in all this facility served our purposes at fairly short notice and at an affordable price which represented reasonable value for money.

For the money I would expect a bit more luxury. The bus wasn't as clean as expected and an old version.

First time I had used Callerton's services and would not hesitate to use them again Excellent service

We were booked in swiftly at the car park, and by the time we had booked our cases were already on the mini bus. Bit rushed at the airport due to airport policey of only allowing 5 mins for the mini bus to drop off and pick up but not Callertons fault. We were given a number to phone on return and once we had phoned we only waited 5 mins to be collected and when we got back to the carpark our car was at the front waiting for usWould not hesitate to use again.
