Found the service first class, the staff are very good at what they do and a service second to none will use this service every time i travel from Newcatle A Noble

didn't get through on phone at airport straight away and airport staff ignorant of procedure,a poster by the phones would be helpful. site not that esy to find, no waiting room

No lengthy booking in procedures; we were expected and were booked in and on our way to the airport within a couple of minutes. The journey from the park to the airport took about 5 minutes. The return process was equally smooth. We rang the number we'd been given as soon as we had our bags. Despite our plane being delayed the transfer bus was there by the time we'd walked from the baggage collection to the pick up point. The driver had our car keys with him and we were on our way home withinless than 10 minutes after being picked up. Recommended!

I arrived earlier than booked, but this was no problem - I was still able to leave my car and get transported to the airport straight away. When I arrived back at the airport I only had to wait about 10 minutes for the transport to take me back to the car park and my car was ready and waiting for me to drive off. All-in-all very good service and value for money.

Never used parking but after using callerton parking this would be the only way we would travel to airport thanks

Easy booking online, when arrive at site quick check in and onto the transfer to the airport, upon arrival back phone answered quickly picked up with no fuss and car awaiting with keys when alighting at Callerton parking.

When you arrive for the first time you may be concerned about leaving your car, as the place looks a little like a scrap yard. However, you needn't worry - this is a well-organised and efficient company and I will definitely use it again - and not just because it's the cheapest option!

We have used this car park before, and always found the service very good. Pick-up was punctual and staff very good.

Excellent value for money and trouble free service.I would reccomend Callerton Parking to anyone who will be flying from Newcastle.

The parking facilities were basic but at such a low cost (£21 for 5 days), we couldn't complain. The transfers were quick and easy. Drivers could be a bit chattier but otherwise, no problem. Recommended.

Although the minibus and customer service hut were rather primitive, the staff were friendly and the transfer was fast, and the cost was cheaper than anywhere else. It's pointless booking a carpark nearer to the airport because this transfer gets you there just as quick and at a cheaper cost. I will definitely use again

Cheap, easy to find, car ready for pick up when we got back. Ideal for short trip. And it appeared very popular.

No problems at all and a very quick transfer service. Would recommend to all.

Callertons facilities are basic, but excellent value for money and their transfers are always quick to take you from their place or back from the airport.If you want cheap and cheerful they are the ones to use.

Quick efficent - straight forward, accomodating, even when flight was early

Easy to book via the web, gave them my expected arrival time at the site; Was one minute late arriving ! however I was expected and they were ready and waiting for me. So drove in, handed keys over, filled out return details, got on mini bus, arrived at airport, walked into checkin all within 10 mins. Return flight was delayed 7hrs. due to 2ft snow in North America. When landed back in Newcastle walked into baggage Hall (10mins after touch down) made a phone call to Parking office, Picked bag up, walked outside to pickup zone, walked straight onto minibus, taken around to parking site, Car was waiting pointed to go, given keys and off I went (11mins after call). Superb Service; all very plain, simple and highly effective.

This has been the best parking experience we have had - and we have booked three different car parks in the past 8 months. I will certainly been booking again with Callerton for another visit abroad next week and in May

The transport to the airport isn't the best but it is fit for purpose. New vehicles would enhance the credibility of the company and could be used to advertise. I think the service is value for money and would definately choose this route again.
