Transfer coaches looked as though they were not road worthy. Very poor access to parking facility. Transfer back to parking was very slow and waited for all stragglers from flight to arrive to avoid making a second run. Will not use again.

An excellant service and only minutes from airport,everything as one would expect from a professional team.

I was pleased with the service, transfers to the airport were excellent with a minimum waiting time, will definately use Callerton Again.

Have used Callerton Parking several times. Perhaps not the most fancy of outfits but reliable and good value.

Car park is easy to find. Nice frendly staff to check you in tehn taken straight over to the airport and droped off at the front door. Coming back we waited about 5 mins for the driver, back to the cat park and your car is waiting right out front for you. Would recommed this car park everyone

Very efficient and helpful, on the return trip the driver waited for our friends to follow in their car, no hassle. Would certianly use the service again.

Staff were waiting for us to arrive, we signed a form handed over the keys then straight on to the bus to the airport. We were given a number to phone for when we returned and the pick up was very quick with a a friendly driver who dropped us at our car. No problems at all

Dropped car off at entry point, told to leave key's in ignition, van waiting to transfer to airport. Swift and easy, but not sure of parking conditions. Prompt pick-up on return, more people than van could handle, therefore 2nd run required, car waiting with keys in ignition. Overall a very good service, but do have a concern over security as no-one checked to see if I was taking my car, anyone could have walked in and take any car as there was only the van driver around at the time.

We arrived at the carpark and immediately taken to Newcastle airport. The young man who drove us there took our cases from the minibus for us. On arriving back to Newcastle we called Callerton when we had got through customs and they were there within 10 minutes to pick us up againg the young man put our cases on the minibus and removed then when we arrived at Callerton. Our Car was ready and waiting for us to drive away. We will definately park there again.

would recommend Callerton Parking. Staff were helpful and friendly and there was no waiting about for transfers. Overall good service and definatly recommendable.

Although there was a mix up on return was given wrong car soon rectified. Staff helpful and friendly def use again

A more professional image and improved experience could have been created if the office and mini bus had been clean and tidy. Airport parking charges are high and none are'worth the money', chose this as it was the cheapest option I could find.

very happy with service. it was great to walk out of the airport and have the mini bus waiting . 5 mins later in the car on the way home . i have used this service before and will definitely use it again

found my car splashed with mud all over one side ,must have been parked in a very mudy area whilest i was away, but otherwise all intact. so not that botherd.

A bit aprehensive at first but excellent service, no issues and great staff. Will certainly use again.

Efficient on day of departure but had to wait for pick up on return (flight was delayed).Could do with some new vans!

the only thing that i was unhappy about is that my car had been parked under a tree for 2 weeks and it took me a whole day to polish it out,i picked car up when dark so i never noticed til next day

We have used Callerton Parking 2 years running and found them to be friendly, polite and efficient.

We have used Callerton Parking several times and found the staff friendly and the transfers prompt. The facilities are basic (gravelly parking surface leaves some dust on cars)and the transfer mini bus is a little "tired" but overall the car park provides good value for money. We will definitely use them again.
