We have used Callerton Parking and will do again (end August) but the staff are a little rough and ready, and although the parking is secure its not undercover. We didn't have long to wait for the pick up on our return but that wss lucky as we erer first in the queue, has we been further back we would have had to wait for the mini bus to drop the first load of passengers off and the return - at 3am is wouldn't have been much fun. One suggestion would be theat the office has a list printed every day of the passengers returning and at what time so they could be waiting in arrivals pick up (or at least have enough transport available). Having said all that we have booked with them again for a trip at the end of August

Shocked at the site when drew up though staff helpful. Did not realise we did not park our own car and had to hand over keys - have not done this before. Bus collected us promptly and car was ready and in perfect condition except for an additional 11 miles on the clock? Would not use again due to this would pay the extra for another facility.

Staff where friendly and helpful and the transfer to airport was very quick. Pick up was simple, just ring them up on arrival and a bus is sent to collect you. Overall was good service and value for money. Will use Callerton again for sure.

Easy to use, no problem at all. Had travelled down from Scotland and was very impressed (again) with the friendly efficient service on arrival and departure. Thank you.

A very good value for money parking site close to the airport.Friendly staff, no hassle hand your keys in and your on your way to the airport on the free shuttle mini bus. On arrival back in the U.K its just a free call number to the Parking Office and the free shuttle mini bus is with you within 5 minutes and when arriving back at Callerton Parking your car is already for you just to jump into and drive away. I will definately be using Callerton Parking in the very near future.

Looks a bit run down or underdeveloped but what do you want in a car park, staff were very helpful, transfer was quick both ways, that was even with rather antisocial flight times. I would certainly recommend for Newcastle airport.

Transfers and security was excellent, the vehicle used for transfers was more than a bit worn & tired however.

Arriving early in the morning and raining we were dealt with right away with no fuss or delays. A short 5 minute drive in minibus which dropped us off at entry to departure lounge. We will definately use this service again if travelling from Newcastle airport as well as recommending to family and friends.

Car damaged when came back from holiday, was shouted screamed and swore at by manager who said I could prove nothing and to go claim it on my insurance. An awful terrifying and upsetting experience. When tried to complain later on phone was told to f off and the manager slammed the phone down. Do not book.

Staff taking us to the airport were really helpful and freindly however when I phoned to be picked up for the return leg I couldn't have been greeted by a grumpier person. I was told he'd collected everyone from my flight 40mins ago even though we'd only landed. Once the minibus arrived to take us to our car his mood hadm't improved with lots of muttering and door slamming.

Having used this parking service before I booked for my short weekend trip. Initial transfer to the airport was fine. However, when I returned it took about 30 mins to return me to my car – I could have walked to the car park in that time. Most disappointing was that my mat and bottom driver door was covered in mud. The reason given was that whoever parked my car must have had mud on their boots. There was no offer to clean my car. I won’t be in a hurry to use this service again.

This is a basic service which does the job however the customer service is a lot to be desired. The gentleman who picked us up from the airport was particularly grumpy. It doesn't hurt to have a smile for your customers especially when they are back from their holidays.

Drop off and pick up great only fault about 14 miles added to our mileage WHY ??

We were surprised by the amount of cars parked at Callerton Parking. This said we were even more surprised by the efficiency of the staff in both the booking in of the car and the transfers to / from the airport. We would definitely recommend Callerton Parking to anyone travelling from Newcastle Airport. We will not, however, be recommending flying from Newcastle Airport to anyone!

I would defintely use this car park again and recommend it to anyone as it is so near the airport and service is excellent.

Park is unimpressive : narrow entrance, poor surface, cars too tightly parked. Clearly a low-cost operation. Hope you make enough money to smarten things up.

Rather ramshackle office, but friendly helpful staff. Minibus there and journey to airport short. A two hour delay in arriving back to Newcastle, but minibus again very quick to arrive. Only criticism is that the facilities for the parking seem terribly overcrowded and cars lying about outside fenced area. However, value for money long term parking.

callerton car park is a well organised and realy worth while.The staff were very polite and realy helpfull. i would not hesitate to use this car park again.
