I always look to avoid exhorbitant car parking fees at airports because the amounts they charge are a disgrace. Your site is close to the airport and your charges are much more reasonable which is why I make use of your services. You might want to improve the entrance to your park though as on first impression the place looks untidy with cars parked in every available space in the courtyard next to reception.

I have posted a review before. However as I use them every two weeks, I thought i would post another. Had a very good experience a few weeks ago. My flight was seriously delayed because of -10 temperatures. I was dreading de-icing my elderly campervan at 11.30 pm at night in the dark. However, when i got there they had it de-iced and all toasty inside! I was so grateful! So extra points for that. However that lightening needs up-grading, and oh, those minibuses! Still keeping them until they fall apart probably keeps the price down. The metro is next door if you are a scaredy cat.

Happy to park here again as was half the price of the long stay airport and not much further away.

Everything ok. Slight problem mobile number not answered. Van was in the car park though. Stated he was having problems.

The reception area wasn't the best but the girl on reception was very polite & efficient, as was the transfer driver. Very fast pick-up on our return.

Have used Callerton all the time now due to the friendliness of staff and sevice also fits into holiday budget

Everything ok , price cheapest we could find and no probs transfers all ok and on time, Recommend , Only fault office bit rough but didn't bother me at all as I paid for parking which was all good thanx

I don't like to give a bad review as the staff were very good, despite the bad organisation. The arrival park was too small for all the cars arriving and the booking-in system very slow so there was a great queue. Tranfer was OK despite seat belts not working and a hurried driver. On arrival back at the car park our cars were ready, warm and running, BUT there was no checking receipts at all so anyone could have driven off in our car.

Entrance to car park is easily missed. Once parked it is a simple matter of handing over your car keys and a 3 minute minibus transfer to the Airport Terminal. All very easy and efficient. I would definitely use this service again.

when i got my car back the door was marked with white paint on the drivers door which from my point of view means my vehicle was not treated as it should be

Not the fanciest of places, but the check in and transfer to the airport only took 10 minutes.Pick up on return was equally efficient,will use again.

I use this car park regularly because it's cheap and collection is efficient! However, drop off is always crazy with cars everywhere. Miinibuses are a disgrace. But I do recommend if you want to get home quickly.

We were very quickly booked in and were at the airport in minutes, on our return we were in our car within tem minutes of walking out of the concourse, faultless service.

Many thanks to all the staff at Callerton Parking. I flew out to Spain on Christmas Day, was running about an hour later than I told you but nothing was a problem. I used your service on 1st. This place looked very run down. The 'office' was a scruffy portakabin and cars seemed to be parked randomly rather than in marked bays. You need to use your own mobile to contact them on your return, as there is no courtesy phone at the airport provided. Our return driver kept us waiting in the minibus until it was full, and then kept answering his mobile phone while driving - therefore breaking the law. Although the price was reasonable, I would not use again.

Drop off and pick up of car was simple and easy, transfers to and from airport were expeditious. All I wanted when I have a young tired family in tow.......... Thank you

The car park is good for the A1 and major roads and offers excellent value. It is very convenient and near to the airport. The transfers were prompt on our arrival and deposit of car keys. We were also picked up very quickly for tranfer to our car on our return even though our flight was delayed and it was new years eve. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends and will certainly use it again when flying form Newcastle.

everything worked as advertised. Parking surface at Callerton full of puddles, and I missed the office on entry. It could be better signposted. Everyone polite and efficient
