third-world conditions, transfer vehicle looked as if it had been used as a fairground dodgem, interior of vehicle just as bad. disgusting and disgraceful.

easy to find, freindly staff, quick transfers, on return one phone call and they are there in minutes, car waiting, no waiting for paperwork or keys, excellent.

Booking-in was quick and efficient. Ride to the airport was on time. We were picked up promptly from airport on return despite flight being delayed. Car was ready for us to drive straight off on return to car park.

Callerton Car parking has friendly staff & are always quick with the tranfers to & from the airport.

We were very pleased with the service and very impressed with the transfers We were picked up within minutes of phoning to let them know we were outside

I have used Callerton Parking on a number of occassions and have always found the service to and from the airport to be. the best as could be expected. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone parking at NCL

The site office and entrance leaves a lot to be desired.The staff allthough very helpful and courteous were somewhat deshevelled. it gives an air of "run on a shoe string business." They could improve their image by being a little smarter and tidying and improving/upgrading their office and immediate area.

Reliable pick-ups and drop offs, although we did have to wait for the minbus to come back on our return as there were not quite enough seats left for us. Your car is ready and waiting when you arrive back at the parking compound. Security at the site is fairly basic, but what I would expect for the price. We were happy to use them for a second time for our recent holiday and would use them again in the future.

Arrived at 3am and was helped to get our baggage on minibus straight away. Didn't have to sit around waiting for the bus to fill up as has we have experienced in the past. Handed the keys over at the enterance & the staff done the rest. Will definately recommend & will be using again in the future.

Staff where very efficient and helpful and we will certainly use this service again. We gave them a quick phone call on a free phone number when we had our luggage on our return and the bus picked us up without delay. The car was ready and waiting for us when we got back to the carpark. Well done.

Just phoned after collecting cases advised where to wait and my car was ready to drive off when we reached callerton.

Callerton was very easy to find, very straightforward registration in the office and off to the airport within minutes of arriving to drop car off. Flight times had changed and I was concerned it may affect my booking - but when I rang to ask, I was told it made no difference. I shall certainly use Callerton again. Many thanks A. Whittaker

we went to park the car,just had to confirm booking and leave keys it took less than 5 mins then we where on the transfer bus to the airport.coming back our flight was 15 hours delayed as soon as we got out the airport our bus was there what a great service.

The service is good and provides best value, but the car was covered in dust when collected. This being over and above what you would norammly expect.

Directions were simple and accurate. Met on arrival at car park - quickly booked in and on shuttle bus to airport. Freephone to notify of arrival, 5 minutes wait at airport shelter for return shuttle bus.

Got there at 11 in the morning the mini bus was waiting got our luggage in to the mini bus. Minibus was a little tatty but was in it for a 2 to 3 minutes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrieved back we rang them after we got our luggage. By the time we got outside they were already waiting for us straight back to our cars in 2 minutes Excellant service as there was 7 of us 3 adults and 4 children and there was no messing around Thankyou xxx

Was a bit worried when read other reviews after I had booked. Was very very happy with the service and would always use them again thanks for a smooth service

Staff were very efficient, transfer to and from airport was prompt. Parking just a few minutes from the airport. Pretty impressed all round.

As above but the transfers both ways were fine, the quality of the mini buses left alot to be desired!!! Staff were friendly and helpful.
