We arrived mid afternoon, our Sat Nav bringing us directly to the park entrance. The entrance is directly next to the railway crossing. We booked the car in without any problems, and, as we had arranged overnight accommodation at the 'Pemier Inn'next door. The carpark staff pointed us in the right direction to the hotel and advised us, if we returned in the morning they would transfer us to the airport for our early morning flight. This duly happened without any fuss or questions. On our return we phoned the office once we cleared customs and the bus arrived almost immediately, the journey only takes a few minutes and on our arrival at the carpark our car had been pre-heated and lined up ready to go. Once again a first class service.

My experience using caller ton parking was most satisfactory, hassle free and efficient. Transfer from car park to departure was very easy and also upon my return, an excellent service.

The reception staff were ready and waiting for us when we arrived and we were transferred to the airport within minutes. One quick call upon our return and we were collected from the airport no delay - car keys even handed to us upon entering tranfer vehicle. Car ready and waiting. We have already recommended you to others and will use your service again - thankyou

best big was coming back to -2 degrees and finding the car all started up and cleared of snow, it was lovely gettng into a warm car

we arrived at 6am and it was minus twelve, the approach roads from newcastle were dreadful with very heavy snow fall overnight. We were met by pleasant staff that got us to he airport in no time at all despite the conditions. On return the car was waiting and we were away very quickly and efficiently. The staff were very polite and the service was first class. Will be using them again in february without hesitation.

From arrival to returning home,the car was looked after and the service was excelllent.

After flying into Newcastle in the snowy conditions on Thursday 26/11/10, I phoned the company and they where there within 10 Mins to pick us up, they had started the car and defrosted all the windows for us so I could get home as soon as possible as the weather was turning worse. I will be recommending this car park to my friends and will be using this car park in the future as I felt they cared about their customers and were very obliging even though the flight was 2 1/2 hours late

I've used this company three times now, and would highly recommend them. Travelling with 2 small children at nasty times of day is never easy, the parking service and staff have been very helpful, efficient and quick. We've used the meet and greet and the park and transfer service. They are consistently the cheapest, they are friendly, fast efficient, highly recommend!

Transfer buses were dirty inside and out. Both buses in need of repair inside and out. My car was filthy and covered with leaves and paw marks all over. I will not be using them again

As soon as you pull up at Callerton,the staff are there to greet you and fetch your bags from your car, and put them in the transfer bus. I use car parks all over the country, and know from experience how much they can charge you and how rude they can be, let me assure anyone that is looking to book at Callerton, you will not be disappointed, nothing is too much trouble to them. One more thing, you would pay more than double for there service elsewhere round the country.

have used callerton parking several times and have been very satisfied with them. Dropped car off, straight into minibus and taken to airport. On return just ring them and this time the minibus was actually waiting so we had no time to wait.

Value for money service but dont expect executive coach transfer. I would recommend this as it done everything it said on the tin.

We left the car with them and they carried us and our cases right to the airport door.On our return they were waiting in the same place.This was at midnight,the driver put our cases in the back of the minibus,got us seated and drove us back with several others off the plane.Our cars were all lined up, another man checked who wanted which keys and we were driving down the motorway by 12.20. After the moaning, tip pestering spanish, it was like a breath of fresh air to be treated as valued customers. I will use this firm everytime I fly from Newcastle.

Callerton depot is a wee bit away from the airport but the price reflects that..... transfers are quick and the main reason I use this parking depot everytime is that all the other carpark busses will not tell you where they go and are very rude when you need help. Callerton have always been helpfull although the office is a real dump they do try hard. Best place to park, best price.

Dropped of vehicle staff transfered luggage and was taken straight to airport great service. telephoned and picked us up within 5 minutes car ready and waiting excellent service will use again thanks

Rude and unhelpfull.Car park resembles a scrap yard. Cars are parked under trees leaving sap all over the car.I walked to my car and jumped into unchallenged and drove away. When I later questioned this to the owner Mr Johnston he said it was not a problem as they watched over who came off the courtesy bus. As anyone can get on the courtesy bus as no tickets were asked for or checked then a car thief can not only walk in and take a car but Callerton will give you a lift from the airport as well. Pay the extra £5 a week and got to a proper and professional outfit

Initally my first impressions of the site seemed a bit chaotic but, the staff were extremely well organised very helpful and friendly and even although managing quite a few transfers at the time managed to get us to the airport in good spirits. On return we stepped out of the terminal building and the transit was there and waiting 5 mins we were back to our car which was ready and waiting for ease of access to depart. Very happy with service and would not hesitate to use them again.
