The transfer time before and after was astonishing with a minimum of form filling queuing and hassle. Perhaps it was the time of day or year but it was literally only a few minutes to both drop off and collect the car it could not have been easer or faster. As the lowest price offer available in the area it was a very pleasant surprise to find such a good service.

No problems with service although reception office very scruffy and also transfer coach looks ready for a replacement.

i use this car park because it was the cheapest at the time of booking i have used it twice and both times i feel the staff are a bit abrupt and try to rush you,the first time me and the wife thought it was just a one off but then the second time as i was getting the grand children out of the car and 4 cases the office door opened and a voice shouted "can one of yous come in and check in then" to witch i shouted back well give me a chance another chap that was taking the car from me said they were expecting a load in at once , i dont think thats an excuse for being rude, a cause on public relations might help

Shack of an office and obviously very busy but for half the price of everywhere else, I would use again

Easy to book. Simple to find. Good, prompt transfers. Reasonable price. Own car ready to pickup on return.

We landed at 10.30 on a freezing winters night and we were in our home before 11.30 (having stopped for groceries on route)

I found the staff very helpfull & efficient, the only thing I could criticise, was that the staff were a bit untidy in appearance, & would be better with some sort of dress code. But I repeat very helpfull & efficient, they even had all the customers cars running & warming up as we arrived from the airportwhich was great as it was absolutey freezing when we got back.

srevice on arrival first class.2 minutes to airport.staff very friendly.transfers each way could not be faulted.

parking area a bit rough especially in the rain.staff always helpfull and ready

Having arrived home from holiday to freezing wintry weather, we expected to have to de-ice the car but it had already been done, several inches of snow wiped off, engine running, heater on - brill!

We have used them before and found them very helpful. And we would certainly use them again.

Easy to find, Someone waiting to direct you where to park, Quick transfers. Had flat tyre on return and they tried inflating it for me and then changed it for spare, didn't have to get my hands dirty! very good.

Although the weather was wintry there were no problems at either our departure or arrival. The staff were efficient and helpful. We will certainly use the facilities again.

there very helpful had a flat tyre on return they pumped yhr tyre up for me so i could carry on my journey contacted them from the airpoft the bus was very promt the car park is great value for your money the staff are helpful it was well worth it

This service is very reasonablely priced and proffesional service.Your car is parked ready for you to go on your return,no looking around car parks to try and find your car.

reception area just a port-o-cabin and don't give a professional first impression. staff friendly and helpfull though. Parking is just on gravel and would be better if was tarmac'ed

I have used Callerton Parking 3 times in the past 6 weeks and will definitely continue to use whenever I need to park & fly.Staff are always courteous and helpful. It is close to Newcastle airport, the transfers and pick ups are very prompt which is much appreciated as you do not want to be waiting around unnecessarily. On return the car is parked very close to drop off point and ready to drive away.

would use again but could do with a more friendly welcome. upon arrival from our destination we were told to wait at collection point d waited half an hour and thought how could it take all this time to come and collect us i rang again and they said they had been for us twice,but we were not there i told them we had been waiting half an hour i then repeated the collection point to them they said it was collection point b we had been waiting at d which was next to b why couldnt they think we had heard them incorectely. We mannaged to get home in the end.
