Got to the parking lot and was met by a friendly person who asked my name and went into the ofice to confirm the paperwork, while this was being done the other chap was transfering our luggage to the mini bus, all was done in a couple of minutes and then we were whisked along to the airport. Coming back was a quick phone call either a free phone number or local number to use with the mobile, we were back in a nice warm minibus to the parking lot where our car was ready and waiting, In all a brilliant service.

quick and reliable when i landed i ohnd them and they were there for me within 5 mins if i fly from newcastle again id deffinatly use them again and very gud price

This was the first time we had ever used long term airport parking and were a bit skeptical aboutbhow easy it could be. We checked in at Callerton at around 6am and were in the airport terminal within 10 mimnutes. We were provided with a phone number to contact when we arrived back which I put into my mobile. On return, I contacted the number and was advised that the minibus was en-route. We attended the pick up point and the bus was already there. On arrival at the car park, the car was ready to go at the entrance of the car park and was fully defrosted. Seven nights for £23. Half of the price of a taxi just one way! Outstanding service and value. I can recommend this service, we will certainly be using it again!

Always park at callerton, have parked there at least 5 times this year. great service,great transfers,car allways waiting for you,dont have to go looking for it and when you arrive they put it away and straight on to transfer bus + great value

The park was close to the airport which ment no travelling time,most helpfull

If on arrival first thought was'Oh my God should I be leaving my car here?'it was quickly dispelled. You drive through the gates, sign in, hand over the keys, minibus there and off to the airport. Total time about 10 minutes. On return, same thing, one phone call, bus there in 5 minutes, back to Callerton, keys handed over, car waiting and away. Cheapest, quickest, most efficient service I've had and friendly too.

Easy to find, just off A1. Well organised staff. Almost beat us to the pick-up point on return.

Friendly, helpful staff, no waiting around & the same service on our return. The car park is very close to the airport. Far better service than more costly car parks we have used in the past. We will definately use this facility agin

Return flight early hours of morning. Speedy transfer and car waiting to be picked up. Alot better than attempting to find your car at airport parking which past experience has been time consuming and fruatrating.

Scruffy, but worked well enough. Just going on appearance, one wouldn't touch it with a barge-pole, but the service was perfectly acceptable, apart from the mini-bus which was a disgrace. Staff were friendly.

Much cheaper than airport parking. Quick transfers, usually there to meet your flight without contacting. Used 3 times now & will continue to use in future

It may be slightly further away from the airport, but the transfer is painless, the pick-up was timely - in fact I cannot fault this parking!

This was the cheapest car parking at newcastle airport so for me that was the most important thing. Transfers are quick and efficient. Vans are not the best either for their cleanliness or newness but for the length of time it takes to transfer to the airport it doesn't really matter.

Booked at the last minute and would definately use Calleton Parking again. The flight savings were justified by the easy drive down from Scotland. The transfers were good and only had a 10 minute wait.

Had to wait 20mins at car park whilst other customers checked in.Return journey quick and efficient and driver very friendly.Have recommended to family and friends

We have used Callerton Parking several times now and although it looks a little rough around the edges, the staff are friendly the transfers quick and I certainly don't worry about my cars' safety while I am away.It is value for money and i will certainly use it in the future.

After being caught out before with off site airport parking we now always lodge our mileage and on our return this time we noticed that there was 10 extra miles on the clock. Perhaps someone at Callerton can tell me why! Otherwise everything else was fine.
