The car park was found easily, not as luxurious as some we have parked at but beauty is only skin deep. The two gentlemen on duty were very helpfull. We only had to wait a couple of minutes and we were on our way. I mistakingly left my walking stick behind and realised this as soon as the minibus left us at the airport. I phoned the contact number and the gentleman on the other end said he would put the stick into my car it was leaning against a sign outside the office!!! On our return the minibus was there to collect us really quickly, our car was first in line and we were on our way home within 10 minutes of landing at the airport. Excellent service. I must Thank the staff for all their help once again as I left my wallet!!!! they have posted it this morning. Many Thanks good job my head is fixed onto my shoulders!!!!!! Thank you we will see you again and we have passed your details onto all our family and friends who often fly from Newcastle.

No problems, drop off and pick up very effecient, car no problem to get too, overall an excellent choice.

After our experience with other car parking operations at Newcastle airport,I have found Callerton to be the most reliable.It takes a couple of minutes to check in and the pick up on return is just as efficient.Thanks to all concerned.

Fast enough service but the transfer bus was very dirty inside and had not been hoovered or cleaned for months if not years.The return driver had the neck to say i couldn,t finish my sandwich inside the bus and had a bit of an attitude

Very efficient delivery of car and transfer of suitcase to airport transfer coach. Car ready for homeward journey on return from holiday. Quick and efficient service.

The office etc was a bit run down and the early morning staff were a bit misrable, but I only wanted to park my car there, not have bed and breakfast, so I thought you paid for what you got and it was the cheapest around

not very tidy but you get what you pay for. transfers all very quick.

only complaint,was that we had to wait longer than expected at airport, on return as there was only 1 coach transferring quite a number of people back to car park.

The service was poor, the location was close to airport and the collection and delivery was reasonably timely, but the service was dirty and poor.

The quick efficient service made it a good start to our holiday.On our return our pick up service was there in minutes from our call. We will certainly use your service again and recommend callerton to friends and family.Peace of mind knowing our vechicle was in good hands

was concerned as it was the cheapest but the staff were very helpful. Its so close to the airport which is great and to return from holiday to a cozy running car in March was perfect.

the only downside was the selfish british as usual.we phoned the car park up on our return and which we were advised to let others know where to meet.it was 1am blizzarding snow and i had my children of 3 and 7.all the other people loaded onto the minibus, no one else had children, and i had to remove my suitcases as there were no seats left.selfish brits, got that off my chest, but nothing to do with the car park firm or the driver, that was excellent service, thank you
