Approching the park,looks like driving into a scrapyard, however, we were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the staff. The transfer was a bit ropey,in a battered old transit bus, but on our return, we found our car (brand new) ready and totally unmarked. Forget the facade of the place and you will enjoy a worry free holiday.

Staff were friendly. Were waiting for us when we landed after I phoned them. The area where the cars are parked could do with updating. The area has potholes and is poorly lit. Cheapest parking in area because of the above.

We have used Callerton on a number of occasions and always had good service from them.

staff were very helpful. did not have to wait long for transfer either to or from the airport. car waiting ready to go when we arrived back to parking area. no complaints and would reccommend

we got there a little late but the staff got us to the airport in 15 min so thank you

Callerton is good value for money. My only worry was the car being moved to another carpark while I was away, alot can happen in 10 miles even tho they drive it under their own insurance.

This place does not look great, but they are friendly, efficient and provide good service and value. I plan to use them again.

I was a little concerned about the site when I arrived, as a number of cars appeared to be parked on a grass verge just inside the gates of the compound and this led me to wonder about security. However, my car was safe and sound on my return. When I rang to be picked up after landing, the minibus arrived within about 8 minutes and I found that aspect of the service excellent. I would definately use Callerton again.

The transfers were fairly fast but in a rickety old van, unfriendly staff and the lighting in the car park was quite poor. Next time I shall be going to the car parking site across the road

I have used Callerton Parking quite a few times, the staff are always courteous and polite always there on time

does not compare well with other car paking services near Newcastle airport. I would not reccomend.

The transfer coach was absolutely filthy and was smelling of wet dogs. The parking area was tricky to find as it looked like a yard where rubbish was dumped rather than a secure parking area.

They give you clear directions and we found it easily. We were a bit apprehensive leaving the car as the forecourt is busy with no designated parking bays visible. Transfer bus was okay but not very clean on the inside. However, transfer was speedy and when we returned we didn't wait too long for a bus to take us to the car park. Once there our cars were all parked at the front ready to drive away once we collected our keys. Staff were friendly and helpful but I feel if they smartened up their own appearance and that of their buses then people would feel more confident leaving their cars with them.

Very pleased with the service received when using Callerton Parking. This is the third time I have used Callerton and have not been disappointed. Very efficient service, dropped off and collected promptly. Certainly value for money. Highly recommended!

Mini bus filthy and seat belts did not work.. 20 min wait on return..staff pleasant enough but would not use again...

A lot cheaper than their rivals, Callerton Parking offer everything expected in a friendly, helpful manner.
