On arrival at car park (5:00pm)in the morning there was 2 assistants around.Both of them were pleasant, helpful and informative. Likewise on the return journey the driver of the coach was very pleasant.For any future short trips I take, I will have no hesitiation in booking again.

We checked in 3.20 am with no problems finding office/site. Transfer mini bus a bit tatty but staff very friendly and efficient, transfers both ways within 10 mins. Would use again.

sat nav stops short of getting you directly here so follow directions given when booking, car waiting on my return as was my transfer, simply brilliant

friendly staff and transfers very good and on time. cars very tightly packed and trees over hanging alot of the area.

Upon arrival the staff were very friendly luggage loaded on to bus for me driver very pleasant. The return was also very pleasant my car was waiting at reception for me and my wait at airport was a matter of minutes.

Easy to find / polite driver / available for transfers / Parking area wasn't the best and the transfer bus could have been a little newer..... I would defo use them again :)

Unfortunately when I returned from my overnight break I rang the company to request pick up from the airport to be initially greeted by the staff member saying that I had the wrong company as they did not have me listed for pick up. The staff member finanlly agreed to pick me up and realised the company's mistake that they had me down for pick up 2 days later. Therefore my car was not ready for me back at the park and ride. Not what you want late at night.

If you are looking for somewhere cheap, safe and reliable this is for you.......if you are looking for luxury parking, find somewhere else, probably at twice the price!

Overall we were very pleased with the service, we would recommend Callerton Parking to other people.

Upon arriving at Callerton Parking on a fairly tight timescale with a baby. The bags were removed from the car and placed on the bus. All my details were correct and plans&timings for return were confirmed. On return the bus was already on its way to pick myself and other customers. We were pack at the car park within 5 minutes of leaving the terminal building. Car was sitting waiting and exactly how I left it inside and out. Very impressed and would definetely put my business Callerton's way in the future. Thank you.

The office, yard and transfer vehicle are scruffy and dilapidated. It is a typical English operation to maximise the profits and put nothing back to improve the business.

No fuss and an easy transfer to the airport,literaly 5mins to the airport terminal and the same on return, just what you need to start and end your holiday.

no problems with the service the pickup drivers are excellent,the only issue i have is the pickup buses are wee bit tatty

We arrived at Callerton , very efficient service we were at the airport within 10 minutes from arrival . On our return the mini bus picked us up within 5 minutes. On a whole the service and the very freindly manor of the driver , we will definitley be using callerton again.

Not so warm welcome as we arrived as we were new to the service,directions on where to book in etc were not made clear.to be shouted at on the start of ur holiday was not nice! Men on the transfer bus to and from were very pleasant which perked us back up! As of value for money, well worth the booking.

This is a no thrills car parking operation its very close to the airport and when you return following a telephone call they are there with in minutes. A goos thing they do is give you your car keys when they pick you so there is no messing about when you get to car parking center. I would use them again

The staff were very good and took us to the airport as soon as we arrived. They came to pick us up within 10 to 15 minutes of calling them when we arrived back good service overall.

Can't really fault the service, we turned up, were checked in within minutes, had help getting our luggage out of the car and to the minibus. we were dropped off within minutes of arriving, had good instrcutions for our return, on return the bus was there waiting for us and our car was ready for our return. Obviously well pratciced at offering the service, our car was fine on return so all in all very happy. If I had one negative it was the one of the seatbelts on the bus were faulty, that's all!!! Overall would definatly reccomend this outfit to anyone and will be using them the next time we fly from Newcastle.

The cars are parked outside but they are if you park in the airport and you pay 50% extra for the privalige! Efficient and friendly staff no hassle service and the transfers are quick. Would definately use again
