very easy to find and very well organised service.Mini bus was waiting to take us to airport and after a very short drive we were there.Picked up quickly on our return and car my car was ready at front of cue ready for me to drive home.All in all a very smooth and professional service that i would recommend .

Very easy to find coming from A1 south staff get you over to airport in only a few mins. very good service

Easy to find, basic setup, nothing fancy but all that is needed, staff happy to return to pick up my forgotten mobi left in car :-) Would be happy to use again , value for money :-)

As per the summary, the car was only left for 1 night and all was good.

very efficient service with good value for money. No waiting around even at 2.00am in the morning as pick up was waiting as we walked out of terminal building on return. Only gripe was that car had been parked somewhere muddy as lots of mud on tyres and splashed on side of car when we picked it up.

The parking area is a old farm house which surprised me, but their service is good. I would look at as a no thrills park and fly. Would I use it again? without a doubt I would go there first. Craig

The transfers were extremely punctual and we spent very little time waiting for other passengers before returning to the car park. The car was ready to collect and it was very easy and quick to get the keys. We would definitely use Callerton Parking again.

The location, cost and suitability of Callerton was exactly what we needed for our holiday. Both the pick up and drop off was easy.

I used my sat nav, got me to the exact place. greeted and helped with luggage, straight on the bus and to air port. Bus was waiting for us when we came back annd the care was in a queue ready to go. The staff once again helped me with cases and wheelchair.

although the car park doesnt look very smart everything ran smoothly. pick up all fine although think transfer minibus could do with being renewed it was a bit shabby. very friendly driver in minibus. car was ready for us to drive home without having to trail about airport car park to find it. Good value for money

As the old saying goes 'does exactly as it says on the tin' very efficient. would definately recommend

In the past we have been confronted by a very old grumpy recepionist with attitude.The last 2 times we have booked with Callerton the taxi has not arrived and we have had to ring twice,lastime we arrived which was monday 25th June we waited 25 mins and only came to pick after a second phone call.The driver told us he thought we had been collected. Very dissapointing,therefore we will not be useing this service again.I would like to point out that we must have used Callerton at least 20 times in the past as the location is convenient. Looks tatty and reception scary but they look after your car with no damage. The mini bus is scruffy and a bit smelly but your only in it for a very short time. prompt pickup. A new bus would be a good thing as air parks looks more professional.

A perfect start to or holiday. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and a were not kept waiting for or transfers. On returning we rang and a car was there to pick us up within five minutes. A very good service and we will certainly be using again.

May not be the smartest looking establishment, but service is first class. No hassle with drop off or collection, excellent value for money. We have used several times before and will use again.

We dropped our car, registered, gave the car keys to the office and were taken to the airport. On return, we collected our bags, telephoned the office on the number given, it was about 1am and they were there within 5 mins to collect us and our car was ready waiting for us. How good is that for service! Many thanks Callerton.
