Upon arrival the parking office looked a bit out dated and almost although it was a random farm/ land that we would be parking at, as said above this is minor when transfers were speedy and efficient. Well worth the money we paid.

Definitely recommend and will be using again. Friendly helpful staff. Dropped car off in safe hands and bus was there in two seconds to take us to airport. When arrived home again quick bus and car ready waitin to go. Fantastic!!

Park crammed full, not much space, signing poor. Was late-ish due to icy roads and driver unable to accommodate my sense of urgency, he kept waiting for yet another customer. Didn't know to expect my keys to be in my car - unlikely, but anyone could have driven off with it while I was in the office to collect them!

Immediate transfers, no problems on return either. Could perhaps be better signposted as to how to get onto the A1 North bound once you get out, but this isn't the car park's fault.

The staff are helpful and friendly. Facilities are sparse,the transfer coaches are not the newest.The cars are parked on a rough piece of land which means that because of rain my car wheels were dirty. I have, however, paid more and had the body come back dirty as the park was nearer the airport and it had been a windy few days.These are small points and generally it is worth it because of the low price. One major point to me was, I rang them on landing and asked them to pick me up asap (no luggage),receptionist said "he's on his way",20 minutes later I called them again to be told he had just set off, he arrived 5 minutes later.It's probably just me being grumpy when I land but I want to get out and get home as soon as I can, this didn't help.

no waiting around ,very pleasent staff and easy to find great value for money.

Staff were helpful and friendly, buses were clean and transfers were prompt but the best thing was the cost..more than half the price of some others!

Easy to find, hassle free. Minibus waiting ro take us to airport & there within minutes to collect us on our return.

I would use this service again and I will tell friends about this service

Did what it said in the advert....no frills but no problems. Would certainly use again

On first view the place doesn't look much but they are efficient and transfer to the airport was prompt. On return the minibus arrived within 5 mins of calling with our vehicle at the entrance ready for our departure. A good service and worth the money , I for one would quite happily use again.

Athough the staff were all very friendy there was lack of communication on return coach. We were left standing at the bus stop and had to call for the coach to come back for us.

We found Callerton Parking was good value for money undercutting the other local car parking considerabily and the service was very good.

Left bag containing Mac laptop,glasses,p/port etc.Staff found it, kept it safe till I returned the next day.Great job,well done.Only downside was car was very muddy on my return from holiday,this does not normally happen,as I've used them before and always have had no complaint .

We were dealt with, bags in bus and off within a few minutes of arriving. On return rang to confirm our arrival, again the bus was with us in a few minutes and car was waiting right at the gate for us. After coming from 88 degrees to 1 degree all we wanted was to get in the car and put the heater on and we were able to do this quickly. Would use them again and recommend to friends without any problem.

Everyone very polite and efficient No waiting to go to airport or from. Arrived back at 3.00am straight onto the transfer. Only thing is the mini buss I felt had seen better days with tape on seats etc but did the job well. Couldn't see the car parking area as car left and picked up at reception.

Cant speak highly enough of the friendly efficient service received!. The book in was no nonsense and the transfers swift, easy and polite. Have flown from newcastle for 20+ years and always used the on site parking, but being last minute this time meant a massive price difference hence the opt for callerton....will be using them from now on. Thanks again to everyone for the excellent service.

Fast, efficient book in. Immediate transfer to airport. On return bus arrived within a couple of minutes to pick us up and return us to our car.
