The driver we have was very helpful in telling us how long a drive it was to airport and telling us to remember the row where we parked our car as we would need this on our return. He was cheerful and chatty which help to pass the time on our outward journey. We will certainly use your facility again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends.

This is the first time we have taken the car, we usually take a taxi but the service was that good we would use again next time

The car park directions are great makes it easy to find. Service was brilliant. Just a bit dark when returning to your car at night, but coach does drop you off very close to it. Would definately use again, far cheaper than others nearby!!!

We had to wait an hour for the minibus to pick us up when we arrived home. despite 4 phone calls to the car park I just kept getting told it's on it's way. Next time I will park closer to the airport

Easy to find and very efficient handling of us when we got there. The most pleasant suprise was that all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

When we first arrived we were moved to our parking space very quickly and efficiently. The transfer to the airport was very organised and we arrived there within minutes. The driver was also very helpful with unloading our bags. On the way back home we called for a pick up and although we waited for about 20 mins I do not mind as the price was so good. I would definately book again.

we and others had to wait 35 to 40 minutes for the shuttle bus to take us to the airport and then we all had to follow the bus driver so he could show us where to park! we made it to the check-in desk with minutes to spare.

Staff at the Car park were polite and explained what we needed to do very well. Minibus driver was great to and from the Airport. Within 10 minutes of collecting the bags on our return, the minibus was at the terminal waiting to pick us up. Great job - will definitely use again.

Staff nice and friendly except Guard in hut at entrance, looked miserable, but he must get very bored! Waited 10 mins to depart for airport and took about 12 to get there, on a minibus that had a friendly driver, although it was a bit bumpy, at the speed he was going. Pickup from airport only waited 10 mins came very quick and helped us load our cases.

easy to follow directions to car park friendly staff on arrival even though it was 5am and pouring with rain. On arrival back bus ready and waiting for us and taken sraight back to car. Overall excellent service will definately book again and recommend others to when going to airport. Price reasonable too!

Cheap parking which made me a bit unsure about service I was going to get but should have not been concered because the service was excellent. On arrival you are meet by a transfer driver who loads your bags onto the mini bus then taken to your parking location from there taken to airport which is approx 20mins. On are return we contacted a phone No. given to use & told where to meet the mini bus which was already outside the terminal waiting then taken back directly to are car. Once again excellent service & will use them again in the future.

great, would definately use again, staff friendly and helpful, coach waiting for us to transfer and prompt pick up on return. security good again great value for money!!!

it was very good value for money,although i would probably not use again due to the distance from the airport(bit too far)but that was my fault for not checking first.

Good Value Service, Park your own car and take your own keys. Some people parking leaves a little to be desired but then the bays are not always clearly marked and the turning cicles are tight. It took us 40 minutes from arrival at the compound to get to the airport even though there was no significant waiting at the compound. With 3 terminals at Manchester the Bus will drop people off a one terminal at a time and if you are on the last one then you can expect a 40 minute transfer providing a bus is ready to go when you get there otherwise it may take longer.

Good secure parking if only a little way out compared to other off-site parking sites. Transport reliable, staff friendly, secure site with a tour of both Man Utds & Man City's training grounds on route to the airport.

Overall it was a good choice. Value for money is superb it is just slightly further away from the airport than I would have preferred. Would use it again.

On our return to Manchester there didn't seem to be any order in which people were picked up from the airport. We were lucky to get on a bus within 5-10 mins but it seemed that others had been waiting a lot longer and did not get on the buses that we and others got on. Shouldn't the drivers have a list of names in the order that people arrived back and rang up?

Fairly long transfers. Confusing on arrival. 20 minute delay waiting for the airport transfer. Tight car parking spaces. However, self-parking is ggod, the airport pick-up was quick and it was great value for money.

When we arrived at the carpark, the queue was very long and we were just told to wait indefinitely. Altogether we must have spent about 60 minutes from arriving at the carpark to getting to the airport. Make sure you leave more than the 30 mins prior to checkin open time (as advised by the website) as we were left with virtually no time at the airport and had to rush straight through to departures without any shopping time!
