The only gripe that I had was that my car details had been entered by the company without the reg number, so I couldn't get out just using the token. Luckily I had my parking reference number with me and the attendant was able to verify it and let me out.

The process was simple and straightforward, and very convenient ... my one slight negative comment was that, on arrival at the car park, it wasn't immediately obvious that I was in the right car park due to lack of clear signage.

Frustrating that the vehicle number plate recognition cameras didn't work on entering and exiting. had to call the attendant on the intercom both times. Otherwise great.

Fast and easy with no waiting around also if its not too busy you can park on the lower dry levels as the roof is open to the elements. It is a busy car park though and can take a while to find a space, also there is not always an attendent in the office , so when you require assdistance through the speaker info button you don't always get a reply. Overall a good car park.

Good car park with nice wide spaces for the larger vehicle. If you're in a rush with suitcases don't park on level two near the entrance as a road runs through the middle of the carpark and the terminal entrance is at the far end, therefore you have to unnecessarily go down a level just to go up a level to get to security - whereas level three has an overpass and level one there's no messing....

We arrived,parked the cart, went on holiday and collected the car when we came back. As this was the second time we have used the car park it was a very smooth experience. But the instructions to " find the manned pay desk " for exiting should be removed from the booking site they are very misleading for first time users

The on line instructions for parking printed at the end of the booking process & which we printed off, were:- take a ticket from the barrier when you arrive, on leaving go to the MANNED parking pay desk to get another ticket to open the barrier on the way out. After wandering about we found the information desk they said there wasn't one, press the hel button on the pay machine. We did and the gentleman said ignore the instructions just press the button on the way out & give them the reference code. Wish we had had the correct leaving instructions.
