Everything spot on.Didnt wait long for transfer and on my return after ringing was picked up inside 15 minutes. A great service and excellent value,highly recommended Dave/Wigan

The service was good considering we were rather late for our allocated check-in time. We would definately use them again.

The time spent wiating for the shuttle bus was lengthy and unacceptible, especially after arrival back in the UK when I had to wait over 45 minutes for the vehicle to pick up passengers from other terminals.

We were very impressed with the service we had from the car park. Upon arrival we were dealt with quickly and were taken to the airport in good time. The only thing we had forgotton to do was to remember where we were parked! which could have been a disaster but luckily we spotted the car! no mean feat when you consider how many cars were parked there, this was our fault really we will remember next time. The distance from the airport was longer than we expected but the charge for the car parking did reflect this. We will be using Budget Parking again.

My experience on my outward journey was very good, I felt everything was well organised and had a quick turnaround. Unfortunately, my return trip ruined my impression. Firstly, when I arrived at the airport I rang and it took several attempts before anyone answered the phone, I was then told the bus would be there imminently so I went outside and waited in the cold. After 15 - 20 the bus hadn't arrived so I rang again to be told that i only rang 15 minutes ago and again the bus was imminent! At about 35 minutes I thought it was getting ridiculous and wondered if I was waiting in the wrong place and getting colder and colder. I rang again and was given the same information!! The bus finally arrived after a wait of 40 - 45 minutes! When we got to the car park I told the driver which bay my car was parked in, ie the number I was given on my outward journey which I immediately put in my phone so I wouldn't forget. I was the last to be dropped off and the driver went back to the portakabin to drop off the luggage but said if he didn't see me he would come back for me. I walked around in the cold trying to find my car until the bus driver came back and it turned out that I had been given the wrong bay. I was travelling on my own and by this time I was totally dismayed by the whole experience and has put me off using Manchester Airport Budget Parking again, which I'm sorry to say. I would prefer to pay a little extra next time. the staff were helpful except for the person on the end of the phone but this didn't compensate for the wait nor search for my car.

The service we received was excellent, we booked in at reception and were shown where to park straight away. Our driver then loaded our cases onto the mini-bus and we were taken straight to the airport. The service was just as good when we returned to Manchester, all we had to do was call the number on a card given to us when we arrived at the car park and the driver was with us within 15 minutes. I would definately use this service again and have already recommended it to friends!

We booked and used this car park, even after reading a couple of not-so-good reviews, but are happy to report that we had a trouble-free experience and would not hesitate to use this car park again. Definitely good value for money and very efficient service.

Very good value for money, better experience that those car parks that at least double the price! Will shortly be booking for next time

Good parking experience. Only minor downside was driver on outward journey telling me the wrong parking section number, and the half hour wait to be picked up from MCR, however I believe this was because a coach broke down.

well worth it, helpful staff and half the price of other car parks due to it's location, but transfers we're very efficient

Slight delay after booking car in, waiting for car parking space allocation, and finding car on return-otherwise an excellent service was provided.

Re pickup: there were plenty of minibusses at the car park, so slowness obviously wasn't because they were busy.

Excellent value for money ... I haven't found anywhere that offers the same service for less!! Prompt transfer to, and pick-up from the terminal ... Much better than having to negotiate around a very busy Manchester Airport in my own car!! Peace of mind, knowing I keep my own car keys with me while I'm away!! First rate ... have used Budget Airport Parking twice in the last 8 months and will certainly be making future bookings!!

excellent directions to the cr park.fantastic services when we arrived.nothing too much trouble for the staff,really helpful.stress free from start to finish.have already recommended it to several friends.they have already made their bookings for june.i now use this park every month,only wish i had found out about it sooner.

Only one minor comment - at arrival wasnt told enough about waiting before parking car, just left at at spot and told to wait.

Would not use budget agair waited over 70mins for pick up on return and then only after he had dropped off at other terminals very poor service.

easy to find very good value for money.friendly staff.remember where parked for return pick up of vehicle.will definately use car park again for future trips abroad.

Cheap,efficient service 10 mins to airport.And i like the fact that you take your keys with you.Will definately use them again.
