staff in office not very helpful, no clear instructions where to get bus back, left in carpark to find own car not near where it was left. May be cheaper but not the best by far.

The only thing we had a problem with is when we were dropped off at the car park on our return journey. The coach driver told us we were in V1. When we looked at the sign it said E1. I phoned the office to tell them this and they said they would send a driver down. Luckily about a minute later the Manager walked down. We explained the situation to be told that V1 was situated right next to E1. Couldn't the driver or the man in the office have told us this!!!!!!!!!! Apart from that everything else ran very smoothly.

You gets what you pays for. No frills, quick to get car parked but really quite a long time to get back to the car. Not bad value for money for those on a tight budget, I think I will be going a little more upmarket next time.

Arrival was fine although instructions weren't very clear and if haven't had been for a passenger in my car I would've missed them. Return was very poor, we called for a pick up and waited 45 mins for it to arrive even though the car park is only 15 mins away. When the pick up did arrive the driver was on his mobile to the office and was just calling out surnames to pick up. By this time alot of people were waiting and you could hardly hear what he was saying. When my name wasn't called out we told him we'd been waiting the longest and could you please find out what was going on - we got the response of 'So What' before been completely ignored. A second driver arrived which was our pick-up but I felt unconfident about his driver as he slammed on the brakes hard on the motorway. I understand this is budget parking but the amount of time we had to wait, disorganisation and bad manners is unacceptable. Will not be using them again. (P.s. I have to give credit to the girls who work in the office who were very helpful and friendly)

it was my first time using airport parking-it was so easy and stress free! I would def nuse this company again!

It was a simple place to find, no hassle when you get there your cases are put on to the bus the service was friendly. They drop you at the airport at the correct terminal and off load the Case's. On the way back they picked us up within 10 Min's the gentleman was not a happy chappy but we cant all be morning people other than that good value for money and a good service.

No waiting at all. Already a minibus when landed into airport even though the flight was 35 minutes early. Would use again.

All in all very good service excellent value for money I came from Glasgow and the directions they gave us were spot on easy to find. I would definitley use them again.

Only minor problem was accuracy of drop off at end of holiday in the middle of the night - lucky I remembered where I parked

no problems with booking and even had to change booking, Boarded the bus right away after parking car. Straight to airport in record time. Driver very courteous and polite. On arriving back in UK, the bus was waiting for us with same driver, No problems whatsoever. Have already booked for next holiday! Fantastic service!!!

Great, would recommend. Quite a way from airport but cheapest by over £20 so worth the extra few minutes!

This car park is a really long way from Manchester airport. I would estimate it took us 30 minutes and there are road works which would make this worse during the week. The transfer system is very odd. You arrive in the car park and then a large van comes along onto which you (and about 4 other cars) load your luggage. You then drive in convoy to some parking places where you leave your car and get onto this van. It wasn't very comfortable - not a proper bus like other parks. Luggage was also piled in with us. The driver drove rather fast for these conditions. Once at the airport we went to terminal 2, then terminal 1 and everyone for terminal 3 had to get out at terminal one and drag their luggage on foot. No idea why! It was pouring with rain and we got soaked. On the way back we waited about 20 mins for the van to come and the journey back was the same and possibly even more hair raising. We all commented that the admittedly cheap price was just not worth the distance, time and discomfort of using this service. We wouldn't dream of doing so again. Have used lots of other parking services around Manchester both on and off airport and never felt like this about any of the others. Not recommended.

What a pleasent experience, turn up, park your car yourself, friendly and polite staff drop off and pick you up and return you to your car, wehat could be simpler. Mark Churton

I can't usually be bothered with surveys such as this one but your company definitely stands out and deserves it. The parking facilities are excellent. the procedure for parking is well organised and very easy. We found the people who work for Budget Parking were extremely friendly, very patient, helpful and good-humoured but also very courteous. We will always use your company in the future.

very impressed that with the service. OK the transfer took a little longer than normal, but given the savings it was a small price to pay. The security overall was good and the transfer coaches run very regularly and are comfortable. If I fly from Manchester again I would use this facility.

Basic secure site with regular transfers to the airport, best value for money parking when using Manchester airport

Arrived very early in the morning and staff were helpful and friendly. Transfer was quick and efficient and we waited a maximum of 10minutes at the airport on our return trip.

easy to find and the service was friendly and efficient, saved me some money spent it on presents for the kids!!

The holes in the road are huge and would be especially hazardous for users returning tired in the dark.
