When I used budget car parking first, I admit, I have found all organization a little bit confusing to find my way round all system. Eg.when I have arrived first time I have parked my car in the wrong row, because signs were not clear and when bus driver came and asked me to park in right way, there was already 5cars and I had to park on very end. When bus driver gave us numbers of the parking space, he wasn't very clear in explaining that this is only way to remember where we have parked. I felt that all process wasn't clear and it would help me if somebody on the reception/ or through the process of booking would tell me what will happen and what should I expect. Second time, when I used your services it was easier for me, because I knew what will follow. Overall, I am happy to park my car in Budget Car Park again. Thank you very much for your request on the reflexion of my experience.

Even though quite far away from airport,it was easy to find unlike others we have used before.For value for money you cannot beat Budget Car Parking

Fantastic value for money parking and not too far from the airport. Quite efficient handling of customers on arrival. Would certainly use again at £1.99 per day!!

Have used this facility before and decided to use it again this time. Excellent value for money, reasonably punctual transfers and good staff - particularly the very friendly and helpful chap who took us back to our car after a long and tiring flight from the U.S. Will certainly use this facility again.

arriving on site at 4.30 am we had to wait 55 mins for transfer.on returning to manchester we had to wait 35 mins for transfer.to be fair we have used this carpark in the past and it was a lot quicker transfer times.still a lot cheaper than others.

very pleased with the service that we received on arriving back at Manchester it was pouring down with rain but we did not have to wait two long after making the phone call. It took quiet a while for some one to answer the phone but I tried another phone and the receiver was picked up right away, i thought that there may of been something wrong with the first phone i tried,even though it was ringing out.

Budget Car Parking at Manchester airport is exactly that. Although the car park is a little further from the airport than we'd anticipated the travel directions were very clear and easy to follow, and the transfers were prompt. The whole service was friendly and efficient. I'd certainly use them again.

A little difficult to find parking lot at first but once there staff ensured we were promptly transferred to the airport and equally promptly picked up. Driver on return could not have been more helpful as it was night he ensured passengers were dropped by their cars even managed to find cars where passengers had not remembered their parking number (not me by the way!!)

I arrived and was treated like a customer and not just someone who has dumped their car on you.I was seen to right away and transported to the airport in comfort.I have been using car parking for years and even though this was a bit out from the airport it is the best one Ive had.I would recomend it to anyone.The return trip was equally easy a quick phone call and the bus was there within 5 minutes.I particulary like the fact that we get to keep our car keys.Well done

My only adverse comment is that there appears to be no road signing to indicate the way out. I parked in Bay 1H and went the wrong way on 2 occasions. Otherwise everything was fine

Hassel free experience with Budget parking. Even emailed to warn of roadworks. Quick transfer to airport and waited about 20minutes on return, bus took us to within a few yards of our car. So would recommend Budget for service and value for money.

From getting the car parked in convoy fashion,to getting on the bus to the airport it was nice and simple.Bus drivers are pollite and only willing to help with your cases.I was a little worried leaving my mercedes parked there for 16 days,but not as much as a scuff.Also once we landed back in manchester the bus picked us up in 20 minutes from our phone call.No complaints good service.Will recommend and use again.

Good clear instructions to find the car park, simple and easy drop off of car (no fuss with having to leave the keys, we kept them), prompt transfer to the airport. Coming back we had clear instructions and a card with the telephone number on to ring, prompt collection after calling and dropped at our car to drive home - easy!

We had a lot of problems with our our holiday with the travel company going bust, our transferes not been paid for and the delays with the flights and baggage at the airport but we where really glad we booked your parking as it was an afficient, trouble free, firendly and reliable service and we look forward to using your services every year. We had to wait for 1 hour to be picked up fom the airport after we phoned to advise that we had collected our luggage and were available for pick up. 3 phone calls later, a bus eventually arrived for ourselves and other customers using this service and no apology was offered to us. The operator at the base was a bit of a joke to be honest and didnt seem to have a clue what was happening and told us after each call that transport would arrive in 5mins.
