Excellent service and communication along with a superb price. Transfers were very smooth and efficient.

i am thoroughly pleased with this car park, such a quick, easy way and worry free way to park your car. hardly any waitng time between parking your car and the transfer to the terminal and we had to wait less than 4 mins for the minibus to collect us from the transport interchange at the airport. i would recommend this car park to anyone travelling from manchester airport. Brilliant value for money for a fantastic service!!

Quick speedy service to and from the airport. Even at 3am.!!. Will be using again for next years annual holiday.

on arrival - not easy to where you park to check in. Receptionist spoke to you as if you should know where you should be going and wasn't impressed when you asked questions. No car park space numbers, you had to hazard a guess on your return-does everyone but me remember exactly where the car is parked after a 2 week holiday? Transfer to airport, minibus was full so had to sit on luggage in rear of minibus, driver said it would be ok if i kept my head down!! I booked 'cos it was cheap and you could tell it was.

Totally hassle free trip parked the car took to the airport picked up no hanging about. Iwill use the car park again without a doubt also the price was excellent

when we arrived back to collect our car, we found it had a flat battery and the two members of staff were very helpful and quickly sorted out the problem.thanks again to the member of staff with the white golf!

Whislt the staff who greeted me were great, the time it took to be colected for transfer to the airport to the airport was unacceptable and on the return it was disgraceful. I called for colection at 6.50am and was collected at 7.55am. It was a mad scramble for places we were a group of 5 and there were about 20 other people waiting by the time a minibus capable of carrying 8 people arrived, I should have been in the first group yet, because there was no proper system in place we kept being pushed aside to the point where our luggage was on the 2nd minibus and the children were on the minibus and male passenger made them get off. At that point I phoned again to be told the delay was due to the huricane in Jamaica.I know I was on holiday but to my knowlege the hurricane passed by a week earlier, I know some people see Canada as backward but it is actually more advanced than England so I was up to speed on the Huricane, whislt it was cheap to park the whole experience is not one I care to repeat.

Found the proceedure easy to follow and staff very helpfull. Price could be reduced to be more competitive

they advised arriving at car park 1/2 hour before earliest check in time. we arrived at 0700 for 10 an flight and did not get to airport until 08:25. this was due to queue to get into car park. staff said it wasn't their fault as too many people were turning up too close to their departure time. they were also very stand offish when people started to complain.quite frankly thay are not new to the business and should have procedures in place for these situations. also their minibus driver stated that the problem was that they were accepting too many bookings and that their car park was almost full to capacity which was causing a lot of problems as spaces had to be found which meant the minibuses were crawling through the car park to find spaces. quite frankly i wont be using their services again and neither wii anyone who asks me fo a recommendation in the future.

Would be a good idea to give the card with the phone number and the location of the car, or make sure everyone writes down the location of the car, After 2 weeks i forgot and had to search in the dark. so many cars ha ha

other car parks I have used offer a freephone number to call on your arrival back at Manchester airport, other than this the service is fantastic, would use again.

Very efficient service, no waiting around both on departing or arriving. Simple phone call when we arrived back and coach was with us within 15 minutes, thank you very much budget parking I will definitely be using your service again.

We had to wait around half an hour for the collection to the airport. When we were in transit the driver was erratic to say the least. It was a case of just abandon your car and hope it's still there when you return. We had to wait 20 minutes to be picked up on the return journey, and then had to find the car in the dark due to the lighting being so bad. We were not told to check which letter the car had been parked within, hence the mad search at 10pm. I would NOT use this company - pay a little more and use aph they were fabulous!
