Eazy Park Meet and Greet Parking at Manchester Airport

This service did exactly what it said on the tin, provided good value and was pleasantly delviered. I have booked it again.

This is a value for money meet and greet which met expectations.Oue flight had been delayed by an hour and a half.I texted the company to explain and all was fine on our arrival home.Thank you.

Everything was perfect from start to finish Driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport (having called them 20 mins before arrival) :: 9am (weekday) On return after collecting our bags we called the driver and he arrived with our car within 10 mins : 11pm (weekday)

We have used Eazy Park Meet and Greet before. The service is always excellent from the office to the drivers. We do not usually recommend services and companies etc. but Eazy Park we will.

the service was first class, there was a young lady waiting for my car when I arrived even though it was 5am and on return my flight was 5 hours late , but my car was there in minutes , and it had been washed, would definitely use again

I will definitely recommend to every one to please use this service because their rates are cheapest but you get in return outstanding services.

On the day of collection it took several calls before I received an answer from the office to arrange pick-up. We were told that they were running slightly late and would be there in 20 minutes. It actually took them 50 minutes and we ended up getting through check-in and security just in time to hear our flight boarding call. Not the relaxing start to our flight that we had planned for. Return service was punctual.

started bad with 20 min delay for dropping the car off but on return was punctual the car washed in spot on condition , i will use again

On return we waited for our bags and then called for the car to be brought. We could not get through for about ten minutes. when we did get through after redialing constantly the phone rang out for several minutes and then cut us off. Another five calls got me through to a very stressed man who told us " 15 to 20 minutes " ok so we waited.After 50 minutes of waiting I began to call again. Same thing, engaged constantly.Eventually after exactly one hour after being promised 15-20 minutes we got through only to be told the car was still at their depot and would be about 15 - 20 minutes. so eventually we got the car brought to us 90 minutes after first contact, with a fine scratch on the front wing as a bonus. When I called to discuss on the Monday morning I was told by someone with no customer care whatsoever that I would have to email my complaint but not to expect anything to come of it. I emailed immediatley on Monday morning. Today is Thursday (evening) and guess what, no answer. When it works well, meet and greet is brilliant, this time it was awful.
