They had no record of my boking on my return but otherwise a good service

my car had a flat battery on my return which was my fault after leaving lights on!! but the attendants were extremely helpful!!

Only slight issue was waited approx 1/2hr for collection outside airport with 2 young children having chosen site due to its proximity seemed a long time otherwise no issues

I regularly use this car park, it is great value and not too far from the airport. Staff are great, friendly and efficient. You never have to wait long for a transfer. Car park is secure and floodlit. Won't hesitate to rebook for my next trips away!

There is a lot of uncertainty about what to do, where to go - the staff were cheerful and helpful, taking all that concern away. Nice to have your own keys too. No delays either meant there was no angst about whether we would be late to check in or it dragging on to get back to the car after the holiday.

The instructions on finding the car park were easy to follow. Transfers to & from the airport were quick & efficient. However on our return the attendant pointed vaguely at where our car was parked & we had to wander around trying to find it.

Directions provided were perfect. Upon arriving we were made extremely welcome and informed clearly what to do and advised acurately when the transfer would happen. When returning into Manchester used the free phone inside the terminal and the transfer arrived within a few minutes of getting to the collection point. Easy

Would not hesitate to recommend.Punctual,courteous and only 5 minutes from terminal 1,and EASY to find Only downside,is car park surface which could really do with tarmacing.

First class service as always. Kept well informed at all times. Everything was concluded in excemplementary manner and staff at all times courteous.

On arrival at the car park, our car was immediately parked for us, our keys returned and we were whisked off to our flight with instructions to telephone (freephone) upon our return. This we did and were then picked up within 10 minutes and driven back to our car, which we found safe and well. A completely stress free experience which we will definitely use again.

Quite a distance away from the airport which means that you have to wait quite a while for the bus to pick you up on return to the UK, once you have notified by telephone of your arrival and clearance of baggage/customs etc. On our early a.m. arrival, this was a bit too much.

This was the cheapest car park I found, so great value for money. It is not the best car park to use if you are in a rush as it is about 15-20 mins drive from the airport. You have to wait for about hald an hour on return before the bus arrives. Overall a good budget car parking facility.

We were met outside the airport within minutes of arrival at Manchester. The coach driver really friendly and helpful, he waited while we started our car as there had been a few really frosty nights since we went away. Our car wouldn't start so the driver nipped back to the reception and returned with jump leads, he made sure we were running before he left us. An excellent service which I will definitely be using in the future. A really big thank you to all.

I used to get reletives or friends to take me to & from airports, but found out it was not always convenient & was probabley costing me as much in petrol as what airport parking facilities charged. Because of the inconvenience to others we started using the various airport parking facilites. There is a wide range of costs that seperate from what we thought would be the good & the bad. However, on the last two occasions I have travelled abroad I have found that Budget Car Parking have provided me with the lowest cost, non nonsense, efficient service that exceeds that of some of the more expensive alternatives. I will use you again without hesitation next year & have already recommended your service to others. KEEP IT UP!

A lot of waiting around - On arrival I had so sit in my car for around 30 mins before being instructed on where to park. On the way back it took over an hour for pick up from the airport. I think I'd rather pay afew quid more and go somewhere else.

Apart from the extremely rude driver on the way back from the airport (shouting on phone to head office, not very helpful) everything was fantastic

It was the second time I have used the car park and I have been very impressed. The location is very convenient to me as I can avoid the motorway and therefore am able to estimate very easily the time it will take to get to the park. On my last trip I have flown over night and therefore wanted the transfer to be as quick and easy as possible and it did not disappoint me. Thanks for the experience, I will certainly use the car park again and I do travel on a regular basis for pleasure.

Why I like this parking: It is cheap, I like to park my own car, I like not to have to worry about figuring my way to the airport, and have I mentioned it is cheap? What should I be careful about: reserve plenty of time between arival to the car park and check in time.
