"...We have used T1 meet and greet before and found it excellent so had no hesitation using T3 M&G, however the day we arrived it was chaos with long queues to enter the car park , the intercom was beeping constantly and no one answering . When we eventually got through and parked our car, the staff were obviously trying their best and I don't know if people were off sick that day, but it was not a good experience and would be stressful for passengers who were in a rush and the staff too who were dealing with it all. On the plus side though , our car was ready and perfectly placed when we came to collect it, so our exit was perfect . Possibly we visited on an off day ..."
