We arrived very early (as in 3 am)- no problem... VERY polite and helpful checkin staff and transfer driver. Same on return inspite of flight delay. WELL done chaps. much appreciated!

This car park is out of the airport a bit but in comparison it was the quickest because of the good organisation, fast transfers and easy pick ups from the return journey. Many thanks

The staff were very helpful and freindly. As long as you allow yourself extra time for the distance from the airport, it was worth it.

We found this service to the highest of standards. I usually can find fault with most things but gratefully not with this company. Service was inexpensive, efficient and safe, and we will use this company again in the future.

convenient location, just about 12 minutes from airport. Prompt response to telephone call on return from destination. Easy to book and user friendly. Car park, whilst being huge appeared to be very safe and well managed.

Really organised site, with friendly staff. Only downside for us would have been if we'd not been quick off the mark on our return in getting to the pick up point - some customers were left behind to await the next bus ... without an indication of how long this would be - not great when you're in the cold and rain and have just returned from India where the average temperature had been well into the 90's

Car park was convienient when travelling from NorthWest via M61/M60. Easy to find but along way from airport, transfer time about 15 minutes. Transfers were smooth and vehicles used clean with friendly drivers. Excellent value for money but those travelling from south may find it difficult to use as would have to pass Manchester airport first.

We arrived back at the car park at about 1 am and the parking area has limited lighting so finding car not that easy. That not the problem but intruders would not be visible if tampering with vehicles during the night?

the only thing that let us down was the pick-up as we had to wait 30 minutes even though we telephoned in arrivals waiting for our luggage. Apart from that you get what you pay for.

Service was first class! My only regret was the location in relation to my home address as I felt we went quite a long way north to get to the car park and then a further 25 minutes to return south-east to the airport.

It exceeded my expectations, we have used airport parking before costing 4 times as much and had to wait around for transport to and from airport, so i was expecting the same sort of thing but as soon as we left manchester airport the bus was waiting,it was a freezing night and we were tired so were really relieved that it was so simple to find the bus and get straight on and get warm. The bus took us right to our car which was good as most places just drop you off at reception and you have to find your car on foot. i also liked that they gave you a free phone number to call when you were back in the uk to let them no that you were back so the bus could wait for you and they also told me how to get out of the airport and to the correct bus stop,(never would have remembered where to go without this). really pleased with the service and would definately use it again.

The site is a large storage area, which was easy to find from the directions given. We were met by site staff who actually took us to the parking spot and held up the transfer bus, which had preceded us, meaning we climbed straight on the bus. Driver was friendly and helful and gave us the information we needed for the return trip. Only slight downside was on the return trip where we waited a little while for the transfer bus but not too long to spoil the experience.

The site is well away from the aiport, but that should not deter anyone from using it as the transfers are quick and wasy. The only small issue is that the drop point is in front of the staion and not at the terminal, but this is not an issue to worry about.

Very smooth and quick transfer to the airport, decent standard of minibus,well organised in parking up.You retain your car keys so there is no delay standing in receception, repeating the details you have probably provided twice when you first made contact. Staff very good in handling the baggage both outward and returning. My only minus point, on a cold stormy evening, the pickup took just a little bit too long to arrive. But I will certainly use Budget again.

Was concerned that this was a budget car park but on arrival saw that Honda actually use the front of the car park as storage for their brand new cars, so any theif is less likely to bother with ours!!!!

This car park is great value for money. The bus driver was extremely friendly and transfers to and from the airport were fast and efficient. Directions given were slighltly confusing and inaccurate coming from the south, but it didn't take long to recify the situation. Would definately recommend to anyone on a budget.

Not the best service. The 'to the airport' driver only said, "1G" and that was that. Poor pick up service on the return journey, poor communication and the park was too far away to make it worth our while.

outgoing was ok coming back was an absolute nightmare. i rang the number on the ticket after 3min 20 sec no answere so i made my way back to the drop off point i then rang again .when the bus arrived a group who had nine people in it invaded the bus told the driver they wanted to stay as a group and the driver let them stay on even though they clearly arrived and rung after other people waiting. i,ve used loads of these car parks this was by far the worst. this is only a small part of the rubbish service cheap is not always cheerful

Directions provided were very clear. Very good value for money - favourably compares with other more expensive parks I have used in the past. The staff were very helpful & courteous. The drop off & pick up point was very convenient for either terminal. Only had to wait a few mins for mini bus to pick us up on our return. Will definitely use this park again & will recommend it to friends & family
