the second transfer bus was a single decker bus and the driver wanted to fill it up completely before setting off. This caused a delay of 50 minutes which we felt was a little too long and for us cut it short for us getting to the check in desk. We must bear in mind that the weather was shocking at the time and we have used the car park in the past and had no problems. Overall good value for money and in a good location.

although we arrived earlier than expected, it was no trouble to the staff to accommodate us. the parking was easy and the transfer extremely pleasant as the bus driver was so friendly. on our return, at 2am, we didn't have to wait long before the minibus collected us and dropped us off at the car. we would certainly use your company again as it is affordable to leave the car for a couple of weeks, knowing it is also secure. it was a very stressfree and pleasant start, and end, to our holiday. thank you. mrs se wright.

Although we had to wait around 15 minutes for a transfer bus to return to the car park, the service was OK and cost effective. The transfer bus gets loaded with all the cases and if you happen to be the first dropoff in the car park and your cases are under everyone elses, the driver has to unload the cases and reload! Apart from this, very good and would use again.

Never used this service before but from now on I wouldn't consider anything else... Completely seamless, hassle free and very competitive....

Will not use again - even though was £15 cheaper than the car park I usually use, not worth it - had to wait over an hour for transfer back to carpark! Not what you want after a long flight! Was told that drivers had phoned in sick and was having problems getting buses, not good enough!

Pre departure was excellent, on return we were not so happy, we waited for over 50 minutes to be collected from the airport then to have the driver drive off leaving our luggage in the bus park. He then had to drive right round terminal one to collect it fortunately there were at least another 30 people waiting also to be taken back to there car park.

Please allow an extra hour on top of what they tell you allow for time between arriving at car park & airport. We waited at the front of the que to park our car for 40mins before a bus arrived to take us to car park at 7am! On return we were told a bus would pick us up in a few mins but 35mins later it arrived!

We will be using this car park again, the price was very appealing and the service was excellent. Almost new mini buses to transport you to and from the airport, with helpful drivers who assisted with my luggage.

Everything about parking at Budget Parking Carrington was excellent from start to finish. Good clean parking facilities, friendly efficient staff - very helpful. Secure parking at an excellent price. We shall definitely use the parking facility again. Superb!!

didn't know what to expect,and what the procedure was, but couldn't have been more staightforward, will definitely use again

This was a relatively pleasant parking experience, being hassle-free to book, and being easy & convenient to find. Large volumes of people arriving to park did mean it took nearly an hour beofre we were on our way to the airport. On our return we phoned in just before 5am on a Sunday morning, we were collected promptly, taken to our car and on our way home by 05:40. Would definately use again.

Very good service, arrived at car park and got on a transfer bus straight away. When we returned I had phoned when I had got my luggage, I found the bus stop to be picked up at and within 5 minutes it was there to take me to get my car. Very friendly drivers. I would definately reccomend and would almost certainly use the service again! Very happy with what I recieved!!

Please make sure each client is tiold where they have left there car . I was told j i was not told there is ji and j2 !!!!!

It took an hour from arriving to park to arriving at the terminal. If we had been 2 cars later it could have taken may be another 20 minutes

For the money we paid it was great value, but the picking up after the flight could have been quicker. Other than that, no complaints at all.

When we flew back into Manchester we had a wait of nearly 30 minutes between phoning for the shuttle and it arriving. The journey time from the airport to the car park was longer than stated at over 20 minutes in light traffic.

We had a 3hr. car journey, on arrival at the parking location which we found with ease from the directions provided, we were taken immediately to the airport, we had the same treatment on our return, the staff are a credit to the organisation.

This was the first time using this site, easy to find, transfers were efficient, and upon return, although I'd made a mistake with the details it was sorted very quickly, after some delay answering the phone.

Value for money, the staff have a great attitude (they seam to like customers !) a refreshing change - thanks
