The major problem that i had was the length of time we had to wait for the bus to collect us, once we had landed and cleared customs we had to wait 45 minutes in the pouring rain and when you are wearing shorts and flip flops and have 2 young children moaning it is not a pleasant experience!!!

Booking was easy. The update regarding delays to and from the airport due to road works was excellent. On arrival at the site for car drop off we had to wait above 30 minutes for a bus but no problem because we were in plenty of time. On return, called the phone number and person was very helpful. Were lucky in that bus was available immediately but unforunately the driver appeared in a mood and was rude, hence the lower rating for Customer Service above. Having visited the US and experienced no bad customer service, it was a shock. He moaned about his manager telling him to do things that apparently he would have done anyway. However, we would use the service again.

Bit of a wait to park the car on arrival but not a problem. Dropped off right at the door of the departure terminal. On return, prompt pick up from the terminal and friendly driver. Very good value for money, would definitely use again and recommend to others

We had a long wait to be transferred to the airport, which when combined with heavy traffic on the motorway getting there meant we were later checking in than we should have been. There were no problems on the way back. Overall a satisfactory experience

Easy to find. Right through from the staff on the security barrier at the entrance and the reception staff, to the driver of the mini-bus/bus - they were all very warm and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. On our return, collection time from the airport was extremely prompt. Brilliant service and very good value for money - I will definately use Simply Parking again and will not hesitate to recommend them to others...Don't be put off by their cheaper prices - we recieved just as good a service with Simply Parking as we have done with their more expensive competitors.

The directions to the car park were spot on and booking in was simple .The driver assisted with loading bags into the bus then the bus escorted us to our parking spot. It was a 10 minute trip to the airport and we were dropped at the terminal entrance and the driver off loaded the bags. Excellent service. The return trip was just as efficient. Only rang them when we had cleared baggage reclaim and the bus was pulling in as we made it outside the terminal it happened to be the same driver who had just the right ammount of friendly banter for 5a.m. Short trip back right to the car and bags off loaded for us. Very Highly recommened

Staff were very nice and friendly. We did have a long wait to be picked up en route to the airport - I would say about 30 -40 minutes before we actually set off and this is probably the longest wait we've ever had, but we had arrived in plenty of time. It was dark when we arrived back and the area was not very well lit up, but we managed to find the car OK.

On arriving at the carpark we only waited about 10 minutes to be taken to the airport and the staff were friendly and helpful again on the return leg - there was a slightly longer wait but overall a good experience good value for money and I will definitely use them again

Used this car park several times, had no problems at all, always friendly and reliable, will never use another while ever were travelling to manchester airport.When youve had the best you don't need the rest.

After booking and before our holidays we were sent an email informing us of roadworks outside the car park and to allow extra time which was helpful . On arrival we did not have to wait long before we were taken to the airport and on our return after phoning to say we had cleared customs the bus was there within 5 minutes. We will definitely use budget car parking again.

i was originally tempted to try the service due to the price but found the service i received better than many of the higher priced airport parking within 5 minutes of arriving at car park i was on the mini bus on way to the airport, i was a little worried about the distance from the airport but had no need to worry most of the route to the airport is motorway so was at the airport very quickly i was given a card to call for collection back in uk i collected quicker than when i have parked at the airport my car battery was flat upon my return but the helpful staff got me away from the car park within 10 minutes of my arrival i will be using this service again most definately why pay more when you get service like this

Within 10 minutes of arriving at the car park we were in the shuttle bus & on our way to the airport then within 5 minutes of phoning to let them know we were out of the terminal we were on the shuttle bus back to the car park Excellent service would deffinately use next time we fly from Manchester.

If I lived agreater distance from the airport Budget Car Parks would be used on every trip, but the transfer times where has long has the journey from home. This probably makes a taxi a better option for me.

The directions to the facility were spot on and we had no trouble finding it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility itself was very good with plenty of room to park and a good surface to leave your car, not just a muddy field. The transport to the airport was excelllent and on time and on our return the service was excellent at such an early time of day. Would definately use them again.

I have used this car park once before and would use it again. The service provided is exactly as stated on the internet. It is easy to arrange and any problems can be sorted out with a phone call to the office i.e. putting in the wrong arrival time!!

If you want hassle free parking with friendley helpful staff and quick prompt airport transfers for super low fares then this is the place to go. We have used numerous parking facilities and this is second to none. Excellent service...........

On the day of departure we were much later arriving than planned due to traffic. This I realise is not the company's fault, however, we then had to wait a further 20 mins for the transfer coach. The receptionist appeared disinterested and did not alay my fears for being late. The Guy on the tarmac did try to reassure us, however. The transfer to the airport was much furhter away than the online advert suggested and took half an hour! This all added to our worries about getting to the airport in time. On arriving at the airport the driver did not seem to prioritise drop offs with those flying earliest. A family whose flight was half an hour after us got dropped off sooner, and that was by passing our terminal first. On return, we had to wait 40 minutes for a transfer coach, which was an old single decker bus! The journey was horrendous. The driver asked us "who is parked where" as he drove into the carpark. He drove past my car and drove all round the carpark dropping everyone off, in no apparent order, only just missing clipping parked cars as he manouvered around the full carpark. the passengers who had been waiting the least time at the airport gain got dropped off first and it took til 9am to get us to our car. We had phoned ready at 8am! I was totally unimpressed, and quite distressed at the end of all this The impression I had was that the company was as the name suggests- BUDGET

For the price you cannot do better. Not the best bit of ground to park on but a fast and efficient service. You do get what you pay for but I will certainly use again.

no hassle only 15 mins from airport car was as safe as we left it, when we were coming back i rang budget once we had our luggage and they were there to pick us up in 10 mins and the pick up point was directly outside the doors.
