Most car parking facilities have an element of waiting around, Central Car Storage had none of that, even on the return it was only a 5 min wait for the bus to arrive.

Excellent, will definitely use again. We have used cheaper options on previous occasions and found things missing from our car on return!!

A superb service from FHR. Promptly dealt with when I dropped the vehicle off, and the transfer bus was waiting for me on my return. Also very helpful with advice on possible routes back up to the Midlands to avoid heavy traffic on a Friday. So impressed that I am using FHR again in October.

We were somewhat apprehensive as this was the first time we had used Central car storage. Firstly directions were excellent, really easy to find and so near to Luton (nearer than midterm or longterm). Polite, efficient service. Very quick in taking us to the terminal. On return it was so easy to phone after customs and someone was there for us within minutes. Totally polite and efficient and competitively priced for a short stay. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the whole experience of parking with Central Car Storage. They are located very close to the airport, the staff were very polite and friendly, we were taken to the airport immediately and when I called to be picked up a week later, no sooner had we come out of the airport then we were picked up. I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again. Excellent service.

The overall experience was one of pleasure. Even though the flight was delayed, the bus was waiting at the pickup point ready. A very friendly driver both to the airport and back, he really made the children feel at ease. The car was ready and waiting in an easy spot when we got to the storage spot, which made the start to the homeward journey pleasant. I will definitely use again!!

We would recommend this service, and will do so. Directions were given, but not from our direction - with a phone call we were guided in personally. Experience was better than expected and not at all stressful.

I was a first time user of the service and will definitely use Central cars when I next fly from Luton. I did not have to wait around either before or after my flights. Parking was only 5 mins ride away from airport. Staff were friendly and efficient. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other car parks services nearby.

We were so impressed! When we arrived we were dealt with immediately in a friendly, efficient manner. The minibus transfer was quick & comfortable. Instructions for collection from return flight were very clear & when we arrived back in the UK the minibus was actually already waiting for us. Very, very impressed - will use this service for all future Luton flights & will recommend to friends. Excellent.

Dropped off our car and were then driven directly to the airport. When we arrived back in UK one quick call and by the time we collected our bags Central car storage had arrived to pick us up. Car was then waiting by the exit for us upon arrival at the car park. Excellent service that we'll use again for parking at Luton Airport.
