Just a short drive to the airport although heavy traffic could delay you - we were warned about this. Pick up was very quick and no delays at all in getting back in our car and driving away. They could offer to wash it as an added extra!

It was my first time using Central park storage (used airparks few times before) and I can say I was very surprised how good the service they provide. I was taken to the airport by mini bus ( me, my wife and my 2 kids) in a few minutes. On my return I just had to phone them up so I did when I got my luggage, next 5-10min driver arrived, took me to the car park where my car was waiting for me. I can highly recommend them.

Effecient friendly service ,punctual and reliable . Plan to use again and recommend to friends.

Very good value for money, easy to follow directions and transfers to/from the airport were trouble free and as quick as they can be around Luton.

The minibus was just about to leave when we arrived. I went to hand over keys and the luggage was loaded when I got back. On arriving back we were told they would pick us up in two minutes. The minibus arrived about 30 seconds after we reached the pick-up point. Difficult to see how they could improve the service.

The directions were easy and I went straight to the facility without pausing. I was greated by name as I walked in the door, before showing any paperwork. The minibus arrived within a couple of minutes and whisked us to the airport in no time. Coming back we only waited a couple of minutes again, and our car was ready and waiting when we arrived back at the compound. The friendly receptionist was holding our key outside the office so we could get straight in our car and drive off immediately. I urge you to choose these people - you won't be disappointed!

The most efficiently run Car Park I've ever experienced. You drive in, give in your keys, transfer your luggage into their vehicle and away you go!..only takes around 5 minutes to reach the airport, no hassle at all. On your return, a quick call after luggage reclaim and they are there at the drop off point waiting!....amazing service!...I would higly recommend.

We were slightly tight on time arriving at Central Car Storage but we were taken straight to the airport and arrived with plenty of time to spare. The minibus was waiting for us after we phoned on return so there was no delay. Our car was ready and waiting to drive off in.

We were really impressed with how quick the transfer service was. It was so nice to have the car waiting ready for us at the depot - there was no delay and we were able to get home in record time.

Had some difficulty finding central car storage as I arrived when it was dark, but other than that, excellent, efficient service, no waiting around arriving or leaving. Will use it again.

Telephone staff very helpful and polite. Drivers also and so efficient. Made arriving and leaving airport a pleasure. Could'nt ask for better.

No hassle, there was a van waiting to take us to the airport when I got to the place and a van waiting there already when we landed. Very short distance to the airport, less than 5 minutes, and staff very friendly.

The bus was immediately ready when we arrived and took us straight to the airport. On our return, the bus was waiting for us, and the car was ready, even facing the right direction. Highly recommended in every respect.

Arrived via email directions which we very clear, excellent service, short transfer time.. Also for your return you call from the terminal an get picked up which was very efficient and car was ready as soon as we arrived. Hope to use again

The service was really prompt. We did not have to wait more than 3 mins for the transfer to airport & pick up from airport. Transfer journey was short too. All these were so efficient & hassle free that we were very satisfied. Will definitely use it again.

Not as posh or as slick as some of the bigger companies I've used in the past, but the staff were friendly, the transfers were fast, and the cost was very low. No complaints whatsoever.

This is the first time I have booked with this company in Luton, very good service, will use again.
