First Class service very polite and helpfull staff would not use anybody else.

With help of sat nav plus written directions we found it easily. We were whisked off promptly and comfortably and the driver was friendly and helpful. On the return we just rang them and when we got to the point the van was already there and the car was ready for us when we arrived. Couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely use them again if I go from Luton

I decided to use these guys during a short break from Luton Airport. They were very good value for money, very professional and very efficient both at drop-off and collection. They even had the car running and heating on for us when we arrived back, which allowed us to get on our way with no delay! 10 out of 10! Thank you.

Very straight forward experience with this company. Very speedy check in and transfer to the airport. The staff were very friendly too. Would definitely use this company again.

I always find I am resentful of paying so much to store my car for a few days or cuple of weeks it seems so expensive. I hired a newish escort for the time I was in Spain for a similar amount as storing my own nine year old car. Cost aside I was met by staff, chearful even at 0530 in the morning. They helped with the luggage and explained the simple procedure for my return very efficiently - I did not feel rushed. On my return I made the phone call as requiested and foudn thatthe minibus was aready on site and it waited for us. Overall a service I cannot fault.

I phoned from Berlin to let them know I was returning five hours early. The car was ready and waiting, as was the minibus transfer. Can't fault them.

The car park is well situated and relatively easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful - even at 4.30am! Transfers both on arrival and departure were efficient with very little waiting. I will definately use it again.

I arrived and was taken to airport immediately by friendly driver.Transfer back on return was just as good-only had to wait 15 minutes from time i called from airport-will definitely use again.en

Arrived at 4.45am and within 5 minutes was on my way to the airport. Pick up was prompt after a call to say we had arrived. Very good service and great value for money.

Dropped the car off and were bused to the Airport within minutes. Landed and rang them as instructed and the bus was there within minutes to take us back for our car. An excellent service and an easy way to start and end your trip.

Extremely efficient and friendly service. Would definitely recommend to others - in fact whilst we were on holiday when talking to fellow holidaymakers they recommended them.

We normally opt for meet and greet, but having dropped off the children for a few days away, thought we would go down the transfer route. I have to say that given the on demand transfers and a 5 minute transfer time, this was a great decision. Highly recommended.

Greeted on arrival with a smile. Administration details dealt with promptly. within five minutes of being on site we were on the way to the airport. On return our plane was an hour late on contacting Central Car Storage they arrived to pick us up within 10 minutes. Staff were very polite and efficient service. This is the second time I have used this company I will use them again and recomend them to others.

First rate service indeed. Transfer was personal, friendly and no waiting at all - transit time about 5 minutes. Staff are nice to deal with, and all the processes seemed well-oiled. Only gripe was no working toilet at car park, but this is trivial. A lot easier and quicker than the Luton long-term car park!

I completely endorse other favourable reviews which I read before booking. The service was excellent - friendly, professional and prompt. In addition, it was the cheapest parking on offer. This will definitely be our choice of car parking if and when we fly again from Luton

Fairly reasonable price of £26 for 4 days (from Friday 6.30am to Monday 7.30am). Very close to airport, only 5mins drive or less. Great transfer service in minibuses, very helpful and polite drivers. Easy pick-up from the airport, all you need to do is call the the number provided and they are on site in no time. Would use again for sure, highly recommended!

Remember to meet the minibus where you were dropped off. Sounds easy but some people struggled with the idea

close to the airport, it really takes 5 mins and it also takes 5 mins for the pick up van to arrive

The transfer on demand service is a nice feature. No waiting for buses. The freephone service also came in very handy when calling them for pick-up on arrival. I had forgotten my mobile at home, and used a phone booth for free.

We found them very helpful and have our car on time. We did not have any problems using their service and I would use them again for future travel.
