I had not used PP before but did on the recommendation of a friend who told me they were very quick. On returning at 06:25 I called for the car but as they had put the wrong code on the ticket they initially could not find it. When they did I was told that it would be there in 15 minutes. 25 minutes later there was no sign so I asked their rep what was happening and he said I should call again and wait outside (I gave him my registration number), I called and was told that there depot was 20-25 minutes away so it would be there soon ! About 10 minutes later I went to the rep again and he told me that I should wait outside, I glanced into his box of keys and noticed mine in his pile. He then said it had just arrived so I asked him where the car was, he did not know and said "somewhere outside" I then walked around for 5 minutes searching for my car which had been parked in a bay 5o metres away.I left the car park at just after 7 o'clock over 35 minutes after I had called. They were 40 % more expensive than the other providers and I have never had to wait this long before nor had a provider just dump my car somewhere on the 4th level. A waste of money !!!

Great service who accommodated us when we were late without any trouble. Will continue to use them as they have not let me down on any occasion. Would recommend them in a variety of airports.

guy was there to meet us, before we got there and car was ready and waiting before we walked out of the terminal. perfect!

Because the traffic was good on the way to heathrow we informed your office that we would be arriving one hour early. Your staff checked and assured us that that would be fine and that someone would be there to collect the car from us at terminal 3. Unfortuneately no one turned up for just over half an hour which was most stressful as officials at the terminal kept moving me on. In the end I had to drive round the block 8 times.

Travel 3 times a year, am very happy with the service, so will continue to use it for the forseable future.

I called as soon as I had landed and for some reason my car took half an hour to get to me once I was up on the 4th floor of T5. In addition, the driver delivered the car and when he got out, I'm afraid that my car smelt very strongly of cigarettes. I don't think he had been smoking in my car, but he obviously was a heavy smoker and the residue of his cigarette smell was with me in the car for the whole of my journey back to Kent. I was very disappointed to have to wait so long for my car. I would have been better off (financially and timewise) to have parked in the business car park.

Very helpful, no problem with changing the vehicle details before travelling following a breakdown. Would certainly use Purple parking again.
