Punctual, cheap, but the car was scratched and the rear bumper damaged..three days after I notified them of the damage, I am still waiting for them to tell me what the process to claim is..not a good sign..

Excellent value for money, all the stress of airport car park parking was taken away by the prompt arrival and delivery of my car. Highly recommend Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet and will definitely be using again. Thanks for a trouble free experience.

I have used the Edward lloyd team regularly, and found them very punctual, however this time my car came back , covered in dirt. It looked like it had been parked on a building site.

Terrible customer service... 25 minutes to come and collect my car with their 'meet and greet service'. 20 minutes to drop the car back (despite me calling on landing and on collecting luggage as requested). Car was returned with a big scratch and a quarter of a tank of petrol used! Leaving me with 5 miles left to get to the nearest petrol station... Appalling service for £60. I will never be using them again. From the reaction of the other companies there when I told them how late they were (both times) they seemed totally unsurprised and even gave me their card or next time!

I found that I had left my mobile phone in my car after it had been driven away to the car park, I phoned the company and it was brought back to me within 20 minutes. All the staff I dealt with were polite and efficient.

Turned up on time, collected car. Arrived on time, gave me car back. Good price

Driver was waiting for us at the drop off point on our departure. On our return we arrived at the collection point just as the car drew up. Absolutely wonderful service which we would certainly recommend and definitely use again. Many thanks.

All went exactly to plan for meeting and returning. Not sure how far away they take cars as mileage was over 20miles. However would recommend this company and use them again without hesitation.

Good value, on time, polite and looked after my car. Same price as on site without the hassle.
