The transfers to and from terminal 5 were quick and efficient in both directions. In particular the return pick up was very prompt .

Used Click Park for the second time when leaving from T5. Again the staff were friendly, efficient and the transfer takes a few minutes. Would definitely use again.

We have used 'Click Park' several times. It is easy to find next to the Animal Quarantine facility and the staff are very pleasant. We have never had to wait before a minibus leaves or collects us.

Definitely worth trying. Very convenient and 5 minutes from the terminal.

Car park very close to the terminal. Upon arrival the bus pick me up within 5 minutes.

It was going fine, then when they came to pick me and another passegenger up, the guy driving got a call on the radio that 1 other was arriving also, which meant an additional 10 mins in traffic to turn around.I think for ease I will book with Long Stay Heathrow next time as from arrival to sitting in my car on the way to home it took around 1 hour which is unacceptable

What can I say it was easy and straightforward no hassle will book again.

Although advertised as T4 and T5, you can get a free underground ride to T1/T2 and T3
