We did not have any problems with this company.There was someone there on our arrival at the airport to collect the car,we used the telephone numbers issued and were able to contact them easily.The car was returned to us within twenty minutes of our arrival back.Would recommend this company to others and will use them again.

Very helpful staff - our flight back was cancelled and we then arrived home at a differemt terminal but not an issue with Star parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Drivers on time.

I will definitely use these again when traveling via Heathrow, and maybe other airports.

Very straightforward booking process, good price, excellent communication on the day of departure - bang on time. We were almost an hour early landing (has that ever happened before in the entire history of commercial aviation?), and yet our car was there waiting for us. Full marks.

Departure service great - on return told 15-20 wait and told to wait in wrong place - lucky I saw the car entering the car park at T3 or would have been worse

The instructions on the website were different from the instructions I received when I phoned up 30 minutes before arriving. The drop off point was easy to find and someone was waiting to take my keys so very quick drop off. The text I received on my return to the UK provided the telephone numbers so very easy to contact the company to retreieve my car which was 15 minutes after I phoned. All very efficient.

When I arrived at Heathrow your man was waiting to collecy my car and upon return my w3aait was no more than 10 minutes all in all a very good service

Make sure to check that the phone number on your email confirmation works - mine didn't! Star Parking calls you anyway to confirm your arrival time when dropping off, so not too much of a problem!

The instructions tell you to call the company when you have collected your luggage. But this means you have to wait, in our case for another half an hour, while they send your car out. We would have been quicker and cheaper to use normal airport parking.

No issues, seemless! I would tweak the directions very slightly to say keep left when entering the car park and ignore the first set of barriers on your right always follwoing the AVIS/Budget signs.

An efficient service that allowed me to get to my flight on time. The only improvement I'd suggest is to shorten the returning time for passengers with no luggage, ie don't wait for the phone call before returning the car.

Met at airport, exactly as instructed. Slight misunderstanding on return as to where car was in Terminal 5 park,but soon on our way. Prompt answering of phone. We would definitely use them again. They made the awfulness of Heathrow a pleasure.

No problems whatsoever. Car was collected and delivered on time, exactly where it was supposed to be. Friendly staff, very helpful.

Wrong phone number on booking form. Given the wrong area to drop off the car. Said we would have car in about 25 minutes from our phone call, actually arrived after 45 minutes.

A bit late on the initial drop off which was a shame as I had called ahead but the car was there when I returned so that was great. The car was pretty covered in dust when it came back but it had been hot and windy so to be expected. So, overall very happy and a great price.

Meet was fine although i did have to wait but that was probalbly because they mis-heard the time I'd arrive at Heathrow as i was on hands-free in the car when i confirmed my arrival! Coming back was no hassle at all and my car arrived just as I reached the meeting point.

can't see why anyone would park off site at heathrow when this service is available at tghis price

This was the first time I tried Star Parking. They were very friendly and professional. I requested a valet service for the car to the gentleman who came to pick the car and found everything as I had left it when I returned- just a whole lot cleaner. There was a slight wait on my return journey (due to an accident causing a huge backlog for the company) and the lady at reception was very nice/professional/apologetic about the unavoidable delay. Everything was very well handled all round. Would definitely recommend this service.

Car drop off at Heathrow was fine and went as expected, a driver meeting us promptly as prearranged. The greet on our return to Heathrow was appalling, following a 9-hour night flight what you really want is your car waiting so you can load the car and get home quick. What happened was a 2-hour wait and with a tired family this feet more like 8-hours! We were misinformed on delivery times repeatedly and the Star Parking phone line was frequently unanswered. I can't remember the last time I've been so let down by a company.
