Star valet parking provided an excellent way to make the beginning and ending of a holiday hassle free. I would recommend this to anyone without hesitation.

Other than the problem above,we found the whole experience to be positive.

We would definitely use this company again. Prompt pick up and drop off with friendly and polite drivers. Good value for money.

This was the best value of any meet and great on offer at Heathrow and it was easy to find, punctual, friendly and efficient. We will definitely use again.

We really enjoyed parking at Heathrow airport for good value. The person was on time for drop off and pick up. Hassle free and shall always look forward for Star Parking. However, my only concern was the mileage on car which was 100 miles from car drop till pick so not sure where did they park my car.... even my house is not that far from longest route. :( Overall a good experience but shall be happy to know what went wrong with the mileage on my car...

I booked this meet and greet service because the price seemed good value and others had posted positive experiences with Star Parking. I wasn't disappointed. All my contact with their representatives was conducted in a courteous and efficient manner and their drivers arrived to both collect and return my car exactly as promised. My car is pretty old and beat up and was (sadly lol) returned in exactly the same condition. I will definitely use them in the future.

Read instructions carefully as drop off not where you'd expect otherwise excellent.

Someone was waiting at the airport when we arrived. Had to wait a short time for them to bring the car back but we did get through baggage claim and customs very quickly. The vehicle was returned to us in the same condition that it was when we left it with them. Definitely a service we would use again.

T3 pickup point on level 3 car park is close to arrivals terminal (2 min walk), You will have time to pick up a coffee.

I always use your service and as always a good service - however on my return my car took approx 20 minutes to be returned - although I do understand it was the Friday afternoon of half term. Also the care did come back quite dirty with dirty feet marks due to the drivers feet being muddy.

Cant really elaborate. Whole experience was excellent, efficient, friendly contacts. I forgot to check the mileage, but I am sure it would have been OK. Yes, I would book through you again

This was the first time that I've used the meet-and-greet service at Heathrow. It worked very smoothly saving me time and worry. Compared to Heathrow Express, not even a lot more money for a short trip.

I had booked from 27th december to 6th January and noticed when I dropped off that the Star parking form showed 5th January. I pointed out their error and showed my booking and they said no worries. Got text on 5th January saying where are you - answered that my booking was for 6th. Arrived on 6th they said where were you yesterday and informed me they had charged extra day. Showed booking to driver and they said they would sort. Needless to say they did not.

A cheap service and have now used twice. Sadly both times car was returned covered in mud (including drivers side floor). First time I emailed them & got an apology and was informed that they would make it up on my next booking. Second time, car returned in just as poor condition. Not going to give them a 3rd try.

I have used your service several times and have always been very happy. MY flight was delayed by over 2 hours but I only had to wait for my car for about 10 minutes once I landed. My car was quite muddy but I assume that this is from where it is sotred and the drivers getting in it - maybe you should offer a reasonably priced valet service that can be done on peoples cars whilst they are away - I would certainly take advantage of it. I will continue using this service in the New year

used several vendors, this was comparable to the best. they were prompt, someone was there waiting when i came. and then for collection it was about 15min wait from the time I rang them. all for a fraction of the price of other services. will use again.
