Used Star for drop off and collect at terminal 4 Heathrow in April 2014. All ran seamlessly. Would definitely recommend and use again. Also very good value for money.

Apart from a misunderstanding as to where to meet at Terminal 5 car park and only one poor guy trying to sort out lots of people all wanting to dash off for their early morning flights, the guy was lovely, trying to help everyone at the same time and nearly succeeding! The return was completely easy and the car was waiting for us. Yes I would definitely use them again, especially now that I know where to go.

The meeting point is very convenient, in the multi-storey car park, so you are protected from the elements, and very close to the building. Within 1 or 2 minutes you are in the terminal.

First time I have used gosimply and everything as it said on the box. I am happy to recommend them and will certainly use them next time I use Heathrow. Best regards JOHN

This was a last minute booking, chosen as much cheaper than other companies. The drop off location was simple to find and on return,the car was waiting for us. I will most definitely use this company again.

At drop off there was a complete change to the company name (worrying to be handing-over your keys to a legal entity other than that with whom you set up the contract). The drop off point was also different from that in the original contract. However, the representative was there on time for collection and return, and was professional etc. Would use again.

The best meet and greet ive ever used ,the staff smack on time. i will be useing star parking evey time i fly from Gatwick

Collection and return with no issues. Forgot my wallet on the way out and they went out of their way to get it to airport security as I was already airside. Great customer service

The staff were very helpful and did not mind that we were later than planned due to heavy traffic. Very prompt returning the car. Amazing value for money. Would definitely use star parking again.

This company provided a good device, that I was happy with. It would have been even better if it was cheaper.

1) Either no answer from the phone number to call, or long time to answer 2) Very bad line to customer services and hard to understand the person speaking 3) The location of the car pick up was really, really badly explained. So I couldn't tell you if the car was on time as we spent ages waiting in the wrong place 4) The cheapest option!

Friendly staff and completely stress free. The directions to their "car drop off" were a little out-of-date though (some sections of the instructions didn't even recognise terminal 5 at Heathrow exists!) But overall, I can't fault it. Completely satisfied and will use them again.

Arrangements were great at drop off but collection point was a bit confusing (go to the car park and wait by the machines - there are three sets of machines.....)and driver was late due to traffic. When I have used valet services in the past they have tracked the arrival of the flight, this service did not. The driver was very friendly which made up in some part for the delay.

They called me on the morning of my departure to check I was on the way (which I was). The only issue was that I then assumed I didn't have to call them to confirm arrival, which meant nobody was there when I arrived and a 5 minute delay - not the end of the world by any means. But certainly good service.

The paperwork said row L in terminal 5 to drop car off, they were at row R. I had to make 2 calls to them and nobody told me where to go. When I finally found them, they didn't seem to have any paperwork for my car and had to write it there and then. I was 25 minutes later than expected and after joining horrendous check in queues, only just made my flight. The car return was fine, car was waiting and service was prompt.

I rang from baggage reclaim and the car was waiting for me when I got to the car park a few minutes later. Excellent service.

traffic delays on M4 meant that we were later arriving at the airport than estimated but we phoned to update and the staff were very understanding and helpful. Tank you.

Great service - instant drop off & 10 minute wait upon collection - beats getting a bus & then trying to remember where you parked your car! Very happy & will use again with confidence.

Foolishly I stuck to the absolute instructions when arriving at LHR T5 and found myself mystified as to where I was to go - no sign for Fast Track to be seen. Fortunately I was rescued and directed by one of the drivers. Perhaps someone could double check the arrivals instructions again. Otherwise it worked a dream!
