smooth drop off at airport. Communication good on return, with only a slight delay in returning the car. Will def look at them next time.

Very straight forward on the outward journey. Just a bit problematic finding the short stay car park which was now signposted as such. Otherwise a great service

On return to terminal 2 instructions were to go to 2nd level of short stay car park 2. There is no short stay park 2 at terminal 2. On telephoning star parking they had no idea of how to get to the relevant car park from arrivals. I was told to exit arrivals & go to the first set of lifts & to go to level 2 . The first set of lifts do not have a level 2 & do not take you to a car park. When I eventually found the car park (with help from airport staff who confirmed there was no short stay car park 2) the person delivering my car thought it hilariously funny that I had spent 3/4 hr trying to find him.

Staff friendly and drop off was fine but on our return we rang as we cleared customs then made our way to the level requested to collect our vehicle and after we arrived we were still waiting over 15 mins before our car was bought to us, disappointing as the reason we do meet and greet is so we can get away as soon as possible when going home. No explanation was offered.

We use valet parking at T5 maybe 20 times per year. Star Parking offered us the best deal on this occasion and the service was at least as good as the other operator but the price was 25% less. Will definitely use them again.

Between calling and picking the car up, it took 45 minutes. Too long for a meet and greet service. An hour later I received a call, asking why I hadn't dropped the car off. When I called on my way back to pick the car up, they told me initially that I had not dropped it off, before realising that they did indeed have the car. Not very organised.

Travelling with 2 kids for a month; Got a good price quoted; Driver was right on schedule to pick up the car and ready with the car by the time we arrived; Pleasant experience with helpful staff

These guys came in as 2nd on a comparison site and a company I could take a punt on based on the reviews. Driver was on time to collect our vehicle and completed a check on it. I was confident in the professionalism in the driver. On our return the car was as was when we left. I knew the car hadn't been drifting around the M25 for weeks. Driver turned up promptly. We were very happy. WOULD I RECOMMEND - HELL YEAH.

Maybe me not paying enough attention when I was dropping the car off but my impression was that the driver would meet me where I was dropped off - as it turns out you have to meet them in the valet parking area - not a problem really but dragging the luggage and family around to find our car created an un-favourable impression for my wife and elderly mother. However I would use them again as they are well priced and polite.

Added an affordable luxury to international travel - taking the entire car parking experience out of the equation. Unfortunately we had a significant puncture in one tyre on return. Since we already knew of a slow puncture in another tyre, the tyre pressure warning light did not alert us to the new puncture

Having done several meet 'n greet flights this one went slightly less smoothly than others. The reason for this was that I attempted to follow their instructions to the letter. After I went to the wrong place for the drop-off I decided to throw their instructions out and follow the airport signs for meet 'n greet - success. They really should do a drive-through and change their instructions to exactly what the signs say. Better still, post a video on their sight showing exactly where to go.

They took 29 minutes to come after 20 minute "warning" call on my departure at Heathrow. That cut badly in to my check in punctuality. Return timing was only a bit over the "we'll be there in 10-15 minutes". If Meet and Greet aren't punctual they raise the risk of customers calling way too soon so that M&G do the waiting - not the customer.
