Very pleased not to have to park my car and then catch a minibus with bags etc. Frinedly and professional drivers both ways. Just a bit disappointed that I rang about 5-6 times before getting through to have my car returned. However, nicely warmed up and ready to immediately begin my journey home on a miserable wet afternoon after visiting Florida.

Hassel free collection & drop off. The Star driver was waiting for us on our arrival at T4 Heathrow, 2 weeks later the car was waiting for us to collect even though we'd been delayed an hour. Will definitely use Star parking again and have no hesitation in recommending them. 2 queries that I had before we travelled were quickly and efficiently dealt with over the phone. Travelling with 2 young kids this beat long-term parking and a shuttle bus to the terminal hands down. Well worth the extra money.

Star Parking did not have my booking on arrival. It took a very stressfull half an hour and 3 phone calls to sort out the error. They did pick the car up eventually even though they had no details. On our return the service was excellent.

Simple really: Pull up at the terminal drop-off, hand over your car and go to flight check-in, no stress! On the return, call while collecting luggage and your car is waiting outside for you where it was dropped - Definitely doing it next time!

I would definitely use this service again, although I would phone for pick up earlier next time rather than waiting till we cleared customs with our luggage, as we then had a long wait. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. I got the impression they would really look after my brand new car (only 2 days old!)The car was in perfect condition upon return. Handing over the car at departure was very smooth and efficient and they accommodated the fact that we arrived earlier than we originally said.

I use meet and greet regularly. It was my best experience so far. The driver was v friendly and helped with my bags and got a trolley for me. They will be my first port of call next time. Richard

Due to the congestion at the departure point at Heathrow it is essential that the transfer driver arrives on time but in fact when arriving and departing the driver was 20 - 25 minutes late resulting in us getting hassle from the parking wardens

When we arrived back we called and were told that they were leaving now and would be 10 minutes, we waited 30 minutes and had no phone call to they are stuck in traffic which was a little disappointing.

It was a pleasure having my car picked up and returned to me at the airport, extremely convenient and timely (once I got the meeting location right, my little bit of stress!). I will definitely use this service again and would recommend it.

the drivers arrived within a couple of minutes of both our departure and arrival back times. they were polite and friendly and handover was quick and efficient.

I booked a meet and greet because I was short on time both on my outwood and return journies. On arrival the driver was 15mins late. Unlike other services where you call as soon as you land, Star will send out the car only once you have cleared customs so the wait is generally longer than with other companies (Purple for example). Star is cheaper but I'd reather pay a bit more for punctual service.

Whilst staff are quite helpful. It can be a little difficult to time arrival, so I ended up going round in circles more than I would have liked waiting for driver to take car from me. This is not easy to overcoma and is not a major complaint!!

The online booking confirmation paperwork was misleading as the directions listed the Star Parking office address in West Drayton as Meet and Greet! I drove there only to be told that I should go directly to my departure terminal where the driver would meet me. Conflicting information and I wasted a lot of time.

Very happy with service late on Christmas Eve every one was helpful and the service was prompt. I arived early and phoned up and car was colected quickly. Thanks

The guy who met us was cheerful, friendly and very helpful, loaded and unloaded luggage without being asked and stating clear instructions about what to do on arrival back in the UK and having the car delivered back. It's a great service.

Valet parking!!! It was such a bonus after a long flight to have the car waiting for you. No 15 min wait for a minbus then drive to car park,collect the car and drive back. We were half way home in the time it would have take to collect the car!! The only slight problem is co-ordinating the arrival at Heathrow exactly as traffic conditions are so unpredictable then there is no-where to wait or the fear that the driver will have gone.

On arrival i had to wait in Heathrow for 15 minutes, which as you know is not easy, as my booking had not been relayed to the appropriate staff. When the booking was recognised the guys were very helpful to ensure i had to wait only a short while lnoger.

We had an agreed time of 5pm to meet at Heathrow airport, unfortunately we were on time and the person meeting us was very late! We had to phone 4-5 times to see how long he was going to be as our check in time was a 6. We had to drive around a couple of times and luckily no traffic wardens were on duty! We were told that the car would have a valet for our return - but unfortunately that didnt happen and it took the driver nearly 30 minutes to arrive on our return after we had called him. So all in all not a great experience on this occasion!

Having used various other companies for Meet and Greet we were initially wary because this company were cheaper - but can say that all contact was efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Driver was there on our arrival and our car was brought back quickly when we came back. What more can you ask. Will definitely use again.
