Overall, I found the whole experience pretty painless, once I had found the actual place, which was a bit of a challenge (could I suggest you put up actual purple signs, as us drivers are faced with a lot of information to process on the roads?). The one and only negative was my driver on the return pick-up from T1 - he was obviously on a personal call on his mobile - not the most professional image. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend

Purple parking are very organised and the set up works. It is good value for money. However, on arrival I sat in the bus for 15- 20 minutes before we set off, with no information given by staff. When we set off, the driver thought it was OK to try and text whilst joining a motorway. He had no clue why I was requesting him to stop and tried to justify suggesting texting was safe. I did complain to the company and they were keen to follow up, but it was particularly dissapointing, especially as there were very young children on board.

it was the best parking experience we had until the return when we expected our car waiting at reception like other operators instead we were kept on the bus for about 15mins while we travelled around the car park dropping other passengers off,not what you want at the end of a long journey

Had no difficulty finding car park with clear instructions. Transfer to the airport was OK but we had to wait quite a while for the return pick up. Generally good value anc cheaper than others.

We had to wait for the transfer to T3 for a while which gave us some concern as the time was moving to our flight time. We were concerned unnecessarily as we arrived in plenty of time. The pick up worked very well, we didn't have to wait more than 4/5 minutes.

I have used Purple PArking over the past years and travel very frequently. They have always provided good value and have been highly efficient. The drivers are overall helpful and friendly. Location - you need to allow extra time for transfers as the route to LHR can get painfully congested. Would I use again - definitely. Would I recommend - certainly.

I observed improvements to their operation since the last time I used them (and I was happy before!) that greatly improved the service, such as camera identification of my car, not needing to check in at the desk and faster turnaround of shuttles. Great!

Efficient-especially on return. Long wait on outward journey-put us well down in check-in queue. Expensive for 5 days-cost twice as much as 7 days at Birmingham. Would use them again-have used them before.

Too much traffic if you are using Purple Parking during a normal week. Also as we have to pick up the M25 northbound for our homeward journey, we had to retrace our steps from Hayes which added 45 min to the time.

As a new resident to the UK time I needed to get to Heathrow with some friends from overseas for a short trip to Europe. I considered the bus from Southampton to Heathrow as well as hiring a taxi, but numerous friends from here recommended your service and one even eagerly promoted the valet service, which I may well use next time. The sat nav as well as your clear instructions got me to PP with no hassle and home again.

I found that the welcome on arrival was good and transfer prompt my return was however some what dissappointing after dropping the other passengers at their cars I was passed a note from the driver who stated bluntly that there was a balance to settlle and I needed to discuss with the superviser. This gentle turned surly when I questioned why I owed further payment failing to give me an answer but instead directing me to the office where I waited and waited to be attended. Finally 10 minutes later the same person then transitted into the office and made a comment about are you still here? He then proceeded to collect information as to why I owed for a further day and then went into a tirade about if I had booked it correctly then I would not have a problem. I then realised that I had infact stated the wrong day for my return and paid the additional sum. I was then directed to my car which was parked some good distance away from the office and left to my own devices to get there with my luggage with no assistance. Would I use Purple Parking again? I doubt it.

Having used many parking companies, Purple parking is by far the best, they are now the only ones I'll use. They are extreemly well priced and their arrival and collection procedure is far superior to others, they use reg plate recognition entry cameras, so no booking in, immediate transfers and always there to collect within minutes. As efficient as ever even after the delays due to the Icelandic volcano, with no extra charges. Thanks again Purple.
