interesting to know that this is where you expected us to be because they were not expecting us! There records showed us to be at the wrong car park despite your directions sending us to there car park They allowed us to park there as they were the same company as the one they said we should be at. The mistake was obviously at your end and though I will use purple parking I doubt I will ever book them through you again

offered to bring car to heathrow service efficient saved me mileage and time as I was stright to M25 then North on M4 -cost twenty pounds. Well worth it

Good effective service, but as some people have commented do leave a bit of contingency in your arrival time Vs your flight time as the local roads can become very congested. Staff helpful and courteous - Would use again.

The new check in at the entrance kiosk and drop off at your car system is very much better. I would PP in the hassel free, great value for money category. FAB

What annoyed me was that when I picked my car up, someone had changed the audio system settings and fiddled with the air-con controls. This is not on, I don't provide my car for someone else's amusement. Why it was necessary to change the air-con is a mystery, was the car driven for many miles ??? I expect my property to be treated with respect

A bit difficult to negotiate around the "crazy golf course" they have designed for entrance!! But fast and efficient. Buses normally full so be prepared to wait sometimes, especially if you are late for a flight!!

As usual, Purple Parking were quick, friendly, and good value for money. However, when we arrived to leave our car, we were told our booking had been cancelled - and we certainly hadn't done so. In the event, that posed no problem, but it leaves me wondering if someone else had cancelled, and the PP staff had mistakenly entered the cancellation as my booking. Other than that, no complaints, and we will use again.

Everything was efficiently organised. We had a little longer wait at the airport for our transfer back to the car park than we would have liked but recognised they wanted a full bus before driving.

far far superior and value for money thatn the airport service, allow a good 30 mins for transfers due to traffic around airport but you would have to do this even if parking in the airport long term parking, ighly recommended

The one problem we encountered was insufficient care when we got on the minibus to leave the airport. This resulted in an uncomfortable atmosphere amongst passengers, and led to my husband and I leaving the minibus as there was not enough room for other members of a family to get on. This was dealt with much better by the next driver, who collected in our slips and ensured that if we had given them in and had our luggagae stowed there was room in the minibus.Mostly a very good experience but a little marred by this incident.

At first we could not see where to go for the parking, but it was not hard, a bit hidden through a residential area first. To begin with I did not realize we had to leave the keys in the car - and then the car would be moved, but this meant we could pull up right by the buses and the office and then when we returned, our car was brought right back to this area making it so easy!

We were very impressed with the whole set up. The cameras taking photos as we arrived were a brilliant idea. Both drivers were extremely helpful and I don't rtecall ever being taken directly to our car before.Cost was the best I could find and very reasonable for the amount of time we were away. Would certainly use again and highly recommend to friends and family.

We were all very impressed with the service and organisation. I'm struggling to think of anything that could have been improved; from the personal welcome at the gate to the friendly driver picking us up on our return. Traveling is a stressful experience, using Purple Parking was not!

Facilites, staff and transfer to LHR T3 were all excellent, however on returning to the UK from the USA and having been 'on the road for 18 hours, the last thing I needed was to have to wait over 40 minutes in a disoderley queue for a return bus. I had wait for the third bus before I managed to get on and even then not without an arguement! Customers should be supplied with collection number when they phone you to let you know they have arrived. Then at least the drivers would be aware of the queue order. Otherwise you need a rep at the terminal to marshall the line!

The bus was waiting on arrival and the driver kindly helped with our cases. He was waiting on return, as arranged by phone call and was as helpful as could be and dropped us at our car. Perfect.

Leaving my car keys behind is very shocking. I really hate it, what is the possibility that something will not happen to your car. Despite the fact that the management told me that their cameras had recorded everything on my car body, no milage record was taken. The car park is a bit too far from the airport, the bus have to drive through the local traffic to the airport. Make sure you allow enough time to avoid any panic situation.
