Brent Road Southall was easy to find and cheap to park. Shuttle to Heathrow was very quick. Return shuttle was a 45 minute wait with 8 other people at bus stop 5 which was very dissapointing. It will affect my discision to use purple in the future.

Purple parking was a little hard to find and had to type the road name into the sat nav. On arrival staff were very informative on giving instructions and were very helpful. The drivers of the taxi transit that I was in were very helpful. They helped load our bags into and out of the secure trailer. And there driving to the airport and back again was swift but very safe. When you leave your car with purple parking you receive a reference card with a phone number. You phone this number when you land and purple parking give you information to get to a bus stop where they will pick you up. I would say from phone call to being picked up was about 20 mins. When arriving back at purple parking. I realised I had booked a day less than required and thought I would have to pay a huge late fee. I was very wrong and only had to pay £7.50 before getting my keys. Very happy Thank you purple parking

Very easy to find and I had only just parked up when my lift to Terminal 4 arrived. Very quick pick up from arrivals as well. Great service and value!

The booking process was very quick and simple, on arrival at the car park it was very clear what to do, and we were directed quickly. We had to wait about 5-10 minutes for our mini bus, although they have a number of buses, they were going to different terminals. Fortunately we didn't have to wait too long, and we had factored this into our timings. The buses were pleasant and the drivers and operating staff friendly. On arrival back in the UK we rang the operator, and were directed straight to a bus stop. There was already a mini bus there so the transfer back was very quick. When I got back to my car, unlike some car parks, nothing had been altered (seats, mirrors etc) which meant we also had a quick get away! Also, we arrived home a day early (we changed our flight due to flooding in Bangkok) and this didn't cause any problems. Overall I would recommend to anyone - particularly for long stays. It would have cost us more to get the train from Bristol!

While Purple PArking did provide the cheapest quote, transfer time (late at night with no traffic)was 25 mins, not 15 mins as advertised. It was 45-50 mins in the morning and while they do say allow more time during the day, this seems excessive. We waited 30 mins at the bus stop to be collected on our return even though we let them know of our arrival as soon as we got off the plane. And the minibus was overcrowded; one passenger sat on the floor and another shared a single seat with his wife, hence there were three people not wearing seat belts and I wonder if this is within the law. Music was extremely loud on on outward journey and I am not an old fogey! I will not be booking with Purple Parking again.

A very efficiently run operation but you have to allow more time for the transfers. We had to wait 20 minutes for the pick up on our return and if you were travelling at peak traffic times, the journey time could be quite long. If you are prepared to pay more the Meet & Greet service is alot more convenient.

I found the service easy to setup, the directions to the car park were spot on, the security great, and the use of technology to make this a slick operation was impressive. I did find however a small problem with our return - I called on landing as directed and proceeded to the bus stop to find 7 others there as well, when the shuttle turned up it was without a trailer and could not accomodate us and our luggage, 3 other purple parking staff got on board and it set off. 5 - 10 mins later a shuttle with trailer appeared and things then went as expected. Something went wrong there is the communication of how many people were on their way whcih did spoil things a bit.

As soon as you enter the security procted area, they know all your details and provide you with clear concise instructions. Tranfers to airport are quick and efficient. On returning, a quick call on your mobile, which automatically acknowledges you and your car details and a very quick transfer back directly to where your car has been parked. (No wandering around a vast carpark, trying to remember which bay you were in).

When we arrived, I was very impressed with the speed at which everything was done and we got on the bus immediately with no problems. However, coming back, I phoned the car park immediately as we landed and due to the long queues it was about half an hour after the phone call that we got out of the airport. There was still no bus when we got out of the airport and we had to wait for another half an hour before the bus turned up. This was at 10 pm on Sunday so traffic should not have been a problem but it looks like there are fewer buses operating at this hour.

Transfers were really good and the staff were really friendly. However, my vehicle had to be parked by somebody else. this person changed my seat (hight and distance), mirrors, turn automatic lights off, automatic wipers off and didnt use the correct button to unfold my wing-mirrors. they snapped them out instead. Was a great place to park but was it necessary for someone to change EVERYTHING in my vehicle when they only needed to drive it 20 meters to park it??

The service we received was good until we returned when we had to wait for the transfer from the airport back to the car for 40minutes even though we called when we got off the plane. There was no apology and the driver did not appear to care.

Very pleased with the whole Purple Parking experience. Even if the airlines couldn't manage to provide the service they advertise,and cancel 2 flights on the way home, Purple Parking did everything they advertised, Well done and thank You!

Easy to find using the Sat Nav postcode given. Swift transfer to and from Terminal 4. We also paid to get the car cleaned inside and out, which was done to a good standard. Very happy with the service and we would use them again.

Upon my return to the UK, I was in a good mood until I spoke with the lady at purple parking, to arrange my pick up. She was miserable, to laid back and cocky, no please or thank you. It was if the whole conversation was a mission for her. And I left feeling guilty I had rang her to pick up my own car. Not good!!
