I cannot fault the service and care provided during our period away and thankyou all. Please pass on my comments to those concerned.

Our experience was hassle free on departure and arrival back into the UK, which is of primary importance. We also thought the service represented good value for money and we will use Purple Parking again.

From start to finish our experience with purple parking was easy and enjoyable, we couldn't find anything to moan about. From dropping our car to getting the transfer back at the end of the holiday it was all easy. Thank you purple parking we will definatly recommend you to others and will be using you again.

Despite calling as soon as we got off the plane (as directed) we had to wait nearly an hour for the mini bus to pick us up at T4. Not ideal at 11pm, in the cold, just returned from honeymoon.

The easiest off site parking process we've come across. Great system that recognises your booking as you drive in so there is no paperwork. Transfers good though it is a bit of a way to terminal 5 Altogether good experience and one of the cheapest in an Internet search

our 4th time using meet & greet and as usual everything went like clockwork would not use any other makes traveling a lot easier

Straight from the start the whole experience was very easy. Th staff were helpful and the parking/ transfers went like a dream. Highly recommend them

After finding listed website location wrong to the one I booked I travelled to Heathrow and managed to locate proper car park location.Using the phone before 08.00 results in a answerphone so make sure you get correct location first. Other than use it was a great service

Long ish wait if you are on an early morning flight, so allow an extra 30 mins. Very efficient, helpful and friendly. I have already recommended the service to friends. Well done!

All was well except for the connection back from Heathrow to the carpark. You would do well to pre-warn customers that all Purple Parking minibuses that arrive at the pick-up point may not be for them, and that despite their phonecall upon arrival, their pick-up may take half an hour to arrive.

Service was good and secure area for parking was fantastic but had difficulty finding the facility even with the Purple Parking directions.

Impressed with the way the car registration is scanned and all the details come up straight away so that the person on reception immediately knows who you are and can direct you quickly. Excellent value for money.

Overall acceptable--return pickup was rather a long wait, and would have helped to have had a PP sign/logo at the pick-up point.

Service was great and drivers are very helpful and polite. It is also good value for money. However, you need to leave your car keys, which I personally dislike. Moreover, the car park is far, thus you need to allow plenty of time to get to the airport. I estimated that from the moment I arrived to the car park, went through the paperwork, waited for the transfer coach and got to the airport, 45 minutes passed.

It was difficult to find the location, but after I found it the staff was helpful and the process went very smooth.

Having used the Heathrow main car parks I found it a real slog. WIth Purple Parking the experience was much more personalised. With a young child and heavy luggage it is really important to have people who will help you and purple parking did. On my return the bus was waiting, the driver helped with the luggage and it all worked great. It took the stress out of the transfer back to my car. I would definitely recommend them.

We were quite happy with the drop-off process. We were directed to where we needed to go and provided with instructions on what we needed to do for the drop off and for when we returned. However, the service on return was horrendous. We waited over an hour for a transfer to pick us up, and then when a transfer showed up, it could not take us as there were more people waiting than spaces on the bus. And to make matters worse, customer services could not be reached in a prompt manner.

Very pleased with the experience. We will certainly use them again on future trips. Thank you.

So many parking services to choose from, Purple Parking proved the most efficient both from the website and personal contact perspective. The last thing you want is hassle when travelling, it is complicated enough these days. Will definitely choose again.

What can I say? Book in advance online, arrive, drop the car off, jump on bus and arrive at the airport in no time. Coming back, just call, tell them you've arrived a bus is soon at hand. Hand over your ticket, back to the carpark, get handed your keys and told where your car is and off you go! Simples! Excellent service, thoroughly recommended.
